This film friendly 1870 built historic Chinatown loft is 2,500 square feet of light filled living space and 4 exposures along with original wood beamed joist ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a private outdoor terrace, multiple sitting and entertaining spaces. This full floor home has original cast iron columns & exposed brick, a private keyed elevator, oversized living and dining spaces, entertaining area and Chef’s kitchen, a media area, a private outdoor terrace, the Master Suite as it has a huge custom walk in closet, large marble bath with tub, steam and rain shower and separate water closet.

Our space is a street-level pop-up / event space located in the Lower East Side in Downtown Manhattan, home to many of New York’s up and coming creative businesses including art galleries and restaurants. Neighbors include the new art house cinema The Metrograph, Hood by Air, and the bustling area of Little Canal.

Easily accessible by public transit. 6, N, R, Q, F, A, C, E OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guest are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Trash and recycling must be taken out of the space and brought to the curb. The rental fee includes everything but cleaning. Cleaning is an additional $150 for less than 25 people, or $250 if 25+. Please take great care with our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

A cathedral-like kitchen features polished concrete floors, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a two-story wall of skyscraper glass framing views of the brook, gazebo, sweeping lawns, apple trees, and barn. French doors lead to a grand covered porch suspended over the water's edge, and the waterfall's cascading rhythms fill the cavernous great room and master suite. I bought the house in 1996 but I totally redesigned it with the help of an architect in 2000. It's is an amazing space with huge open interiors, skylights and a modern yet industrial look.
