ith fashion month off to an amazing and glamorous start, Google and Launchmetrics had the honor to kick-off New York Fashion Week this season, with a morning panel discussion focusing on how brands and retailers embrace digital technology.
Panelists included Mark Beckham, VP of Marketing at CFDA, Jessica Schisano, Luxury Account Lead at Google, Naomi Makofsky, Global Product Partnerships at Google Assistant, and Lauren Price, Senior Director of Partnerships at Lyst. The panel was moderated by Launchmetric’s CMO, Alison Levy.
This invite-only event welcomed the industry’s leaders, ranging from luxury fashion brands to opinion makers, to join in on the discussion and gained an exclusive perspective from Google on powerful new ways to speak directly to their customers.
The event was hosted at a gorgeous Splacer venue, Blender Workspace, located in the heart of the NoMad neighborhood.
The panelists provided insight on how their companies’ are continuously innovating with digital technology, as well as their personal views on how brands and retailers have left a lasting impression on them.
It was agreed that by employing smart and meaningful technology, and creating a seamless online and offline experience, brands and retailers can cut through the clutter, surface more personalized experiences, and provide customers with more convenience and flexibility.
