Get the luxurious vibe in Atlanta at this Modern Contemporary home with a stunning 13 foot chandelier. Great as a vacation/ health workshop, business seminars, or video, film or music productions. This property counts with an overall contemporary interior, an open floor plan with great natural lighting, LED lip lighting, 20" feet tall family room ceilings with a breathtaking led color-changing minimalist globe chandelier, and a large dome in the ceiling. The kitchen comes with Modern-style cabinetry, luxury stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The Master bedroom features a custom-built California king bed with access to the master bathroom. The master bath is a spa in your pocket, it displays a clawfoot bathtub, double sink vanity with LED mirrors, glass-enclosed large shower.

As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!

Welcome to an urban oasis on the top floor of a historic Sylvan Building in South Downtown, the heart of Atlanta’s re-envisioned Hotel Row. Built in 1908, the former Sylvan Hotel was fully restored in 2022, maintaining all of its Southern charm while adding modern amenities. We also offer access to exclusive, hand crafted sets, a customizable flower wall, and with a garage door for large equipment and car accessibility. One of our highly skilled professional staff members will be on-site to assist you and your team complete any project.
