This Atlanta banquet hall and wedding venue is located at the intersection of Midtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Morningside-Lenox Park. As you pull into the gated entrance you'll notice the beautiful stately white building anchored by huge columns and a terra cotta roof. This large event venue features a 7500 sq. foot open concept area that is ready for your dream vision. Our Main room opens up to an Iron fence outdoor patio. We provide full-service event planning and coordination. Host your wedding ceremony, reception, and parties with us!
As entrepreneurs, we originally designed our home to host our own business retreats, but over time, friends kept begging to use it for their own team meetings and dinners. So we figured, why not let other groups enjoy it as well! The living room, dining room, conversation area, kitchen and sunroom are all open and allow for collective conversation as well as the ability to split into small groups. The dining table opens up to seat 12, but we've used folding tables on the end to allow for even larger groups. We also have a built in projector that is connected to our Apple TV and projects to a large blank wall. Guests are welcome to connect their computers directly to the projector (via a provided HDMI cable) or through the Apple TV or a Chromcast stick. Our outdoor dining area offers a dream kitchen with a griddle, an XL grill, a double burner and 2 warming drawers. We even have a Dutch oven station for the outdoorsy campers out there! Our outdoor table can seat 16 people when pushed together but can also divide into 2 tables accommodating 12 and 8 people. Up under a draping tree is our amazing fire pit. There are 8 dedicated adirondack chairs around it, but there is space for an additional 4 chairs. Do people leave immediately after your meetings? You will find that our home offers such a warm and inviting environment, that people will linger and talk far longer than anticipated. Even the quietest introvert in your group!
My space is an open home. Open floor plan with beautiful blue cabinetry. The bedrooms are fully furnished as well as the house. Anything that is needed will be quickly fulfilled and delivered. The 12 Factory provides a cozy lounge room area included with a sink, mini fridge and vending machine. Our creative studio features a large White Cyclorama(Cyc) Wall, LED Cloud Room and Multi Color Seamless Backdrops that come with, State-of-the-Art LED lighting equipment for video or photography production. We also offer access to exclusive, hand crafted sets, a customizable flower wall, and with a garage door for large equipment and car accessibility.

Downstairs there is a modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining and living room, and 2 full sized bedrooms, 1 micro bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has a twin bed and futon and the micro-dorm has a twin bed and mini fridge.
Upstairs the attic has been converted into a bedroom, office and spa style bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and cuddle space and the office has a desk and fold out futon and mid sized refrigerator.

**All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. All events after 5 pm or with an attendance of more than 20 people must have at least 1 of our in-house security guards present. Outside security is allowed, but 1 of our guards at minimum must be present. Our security guards are $150 per guard. Please add it on to your booking at the time of checkout**

If you try to book the space more than 2 months in advance you will see that all the dates are blocked off because the calendar has not been opened for that time period yet. Our weekends fill up quickly. If you have a date in mind you'd like to book, we'd recommend you book early. If you don't see times available on a particular date (and the calendar is open), that means the space is booked.*

This unique 2-level event space is great for live music events, parties, television or film productions, photo shoots (backdrops and green screens available), video productions, podcasts, and more.
There are three sections to this event space:
1) The front - which houses a bar and open space.
2) Upstairs with open space and stage.
3) Back Room/VIP Area - Open space with limited seating.
Important Information:
Our space is bookable 2 months in advance. That is reflected on our calendar. Dates further than 2 months away are blocked off on the calendar and will be updated as time passes.
If your DJ does not bring their own speakers, you will need to utilize our sound system in order to play music. Our sound system fee ($150) must be added on to your booking if the use of our sound system is needed. If you need to use our sound system and your event incorporates live music or performances, you will need to purchase our sound package that includes a sound technician ($250 - 4 hours).
Outside catering is allowed.
