Hi there! This space was custom-designed from the ground up by local artisans and artists to be a high-end event space for the Bay Area. This brand new location has 1800's vintage vibes and all the wonderful modern amenities that you need to throw an amazing event. The space is 2,300 square feet in total, including an almost 200 square foot back patio. Convenience is queen here as we have ample private parking and street parking, outdoor space, ability to host food trucks and caterers, and an experienced support staff to help you pull off an event to remember. The space is entirely open floor plan and has gorgeous hardwood floors that have been refinished and the entire space has just recently undergone a remodeling (including by my own hands!). The Industrial Chic Event Venue supports local artists and features gorgeous handcrafted tables, and vintage decor that all created by local Bay Area residents. Included with the rental, at no additional charge, are five handcrafted maple tables, 60 chairs, 15 stools, a bar/serving area, industrial sink and drinking water fountain. You are also welcome to play your own background Spotify music via our concert-style speakers. We also have wireless LED customized lighting that can be adjusted to your favorite colors! We offer a complementary A/V solution that includes a high-resolution cinema projector, a drop down movie screen, wireless microphones, and a mixer, along with A/V technical support. Most importantly, we have some of the best customer service and event support you will find in the Bay! The Industrial Chic Event Venue is located in the Jack London area of Oakland, right off of the freeway and only a 10 minute walk to West Oakland BART. There is ample parking for free on the public streets and in the parking lot. This space is 5 blocks from the famous Jack London Square and waterfront which features dozens of hotels, shopping, and fantastic restaurants. This brand new location, nestled conveniently in between the historic Union Square and Nob Hill neighborhoods, is truly a undiscovered gem in the San Francisco scene. The space is 1,600 square feet featuring beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous wood floors, gallery lighting, and open floor plan. The space has been recently renovated by hand (including my hands) and we have built in everything we can think of with the finest detail into this project. I've hosted more than two hundred special events and celebrations of all types and I'm happy to work with you to customize the space to fit your specific event needs. We have four handcrafted designer tables and there are 32 chairs available for use. The Exciting Downtown Event Venue supports local artists and features gorgeous handcrafted tables, fine art, and decor that all created by local Bay Area residents. By booking with us you enable us to keep the gallery completely free for our local creative residents to showcase and sell their amazing work. So thank you! We provide a high-end music system, wireless LED customized lighting, an HD cinema projector, a small catering room, smart locks, a high-end laptop, and most importantly, some of the best customer service and event support you will find. The A/V package comes with a dedicated A/V technician along with all the equipment (amps, microphone, and projector), included with the rental. The Exciting Downtown Event Venue is located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco and is extremely accessible via public transportation and rideshare. There are also several parking structures on the block. This space is 1.5 blocks from the famous Union Square and dozens of high-end hotels and world class shopping and restaurants. You will enter through our voguish reception area to an amazingly stylish vibrant and cozy meeting room near Union Square in downtown San Francisco. (Built 1925) Past guest included Uber, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Federal Reserve, National Geographic’s, Nike. The room is 500 sq ft with additional same size reception area; it is perfect for meetings, workshops, powwows, photo/video shoots, celebrations, etc. This place is spacious and invigorating. Full of energy and light it is within walking distance from myriad of old and new restaurants, bars, hotels and stores. You are always welcome to stop by to see it before booking. The room has 5 large windows facing Union Square and the Financial District, with views of Coit Tower, Salesforce Bldg and Transamerica Pyramid. Parking inside the building or around it. We recommend ParkHero or the Sutter Stockton garage. Walking distance to BART and MUNI. If you use bicycles we have room to keep them for you. In addition to the 12 person conference area there is a sitting area for 8 people. We have WiFi, a 75 inch flat screen TV, a humongous chalk board, 2 large Whiteboards, Flipcharts, a Nespresso Coffee Machine for complimentary coffee, teapot and a large assortment of teas, complimentary drinks in a fridge, Apple TV, turntable with a tidy collection of really cool LPs. We have disposable plates, cups and utensils in case you order food. Wine glasses or whatever else you need available upon request. Just let us know or ask in advance. Our conference tables can be easily folded and taken away if needed. An adjacent break out room is available upon request. A restroom is a few feet away from the conference room. Additional storage area is available. The large 700 sq feet reception area (see pics - the room with the accordeon) is available for an after meeting reception/cocktails or for the entire meeting or event (upon requests and at an additional hourly rate) A host will personally greet attendees to make sure all of their needs are met. Please don't hesitate to ask for additional things needed for your event. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to start earlier or finish later we will try to accommodate your schedule.
