Located in the Mott Haven district of the South Bronx, our event space is the ideal loft space designed to cater to any intimate occasion. The multipurpose 2421 sq ft. space features grid designed glass sliding doors upon entry, two large meetings spaces that we refer to ass the main room and the cocktail room, three substantial skylights, an array of tropical plants, the private Suite, along with white walls perfect for any creative event planner.

The Industry Building is one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the South Bronx. The building has excellent exposure from all directions. It is 30,000 square feet of highly desirable space situated on six levels, and serviced by a large elevator. The Industry Building’s efficient floor plates make it ideal for any business looking to participate in the growth of the South Bronx.

Our studio is located in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx. On the 4th floor of an historic industrial building, the space boasts 15’ ceilings and is flooded with natural light until early evening. Black and white backdrops on-site. Alternate colors available upon request at an additional charge.

Our gallery supports underrepresented and emerging artists and fosters arts education through themed exhibitions and events in Mott Haven in the South Bronx. This is a great space to have meetings, discussions, and professional events. Please keep in mind that availability for rentals depends on the gallery's programming and they often take place while exhibitions are on view.
