Adjoined to the gallery is the front street level entrance which opens into our shop, which can be used/customized for your event/program needs. We've hosted art exhibitions, music performances, panel discussions, birthday parties, engagements, poetry readings, music video and advertising shoots. It has also been taken over as a glam room, green room, and studio space for production. Our storefront is well-suited for hosting a pop up event, brand launch or private function. With its corner location and close proximity to public transportation, the store is easily accessible. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant. My space has been recently remodeled and looks great! The design is warm and cozy and the layout is perfect for a large group, party, film shoot or casual business affairs. We have excellent beverages and access to a full list of catering options. The sound system is great and we have some Dj equipment available to use. We have a large screen projector available to tie into. We have warm and friendly staff that help make for a really memorable event!

I live in a classic historic Flatbush townhome with an open floor plan. Two full floors of the house are available for rent. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are on the main parlor floor. Each room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor boards running through the whole apartment. The rooms are separated by large arches between each room allowing the house to feel open and grand, and is great for photography and film crews who need wide angles and depth for their shots. The decor of the house leans cottage core and bohemian with lots of natural wood tones, billowing curtains between each room, and eclectic furniture and art. I also have a private garden with a porch in connected to the kitchen. The garden level of my apartment houses my 2nd living room, art space, guest bedroom and music studio. All spaces are open for photo and film shoots, dinner parties, and other artistic ventures. Special features for film/photoshoots -There is space outdoors on my property to place lights outside all the windows (on both sides of the house) -There is plenty of holding space in the lower level for extra equipment, break rooms, and more -Open floor plan allows for wide angles -There are two front entrances that access the house -A bathroom on each floor -Kitchen is extremely unique, you won't find another kitchen like this in nyc!

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Welcome to our gorgeous space! We proudly present a 1200 square foot space with exposed brick and huge white walls, with several beautiful plants, a fantastic leather armchair and a sensational velvet sofa. We offer twenty 9-foot seamless papers for you to choose from, plus Profoto equipment like the D1 and softboxes, reflectors and umbrellas at no charge! We have 40 chairs and 4 tables available for rent as well for any event you'd like to do, whether it's a baby shower, dinner or party. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. This storefront is a blank canvas for you to create the event of your dreams. There is also a beautiful backyard available during warmer months. We accommodate 100 people for a cocktail party and 50 people for a seated dinner. The space is located in the flatbush area near kings highway. Trains in the area: 2,5 Bus in the area: B41 The space is good for but not limited to: baby showers, birthday parties, seated dinners, pop-up shops, and photo shoots. The space offers high ceilings, bathroom (LED mirror), prep kitchen, and Samsung bluetooth speaker (indoor) During the warmer months, our backyard is available for use and an additional charge. Up to 50 chairs and chair covers (black and white), 7 6ft tables, 1 8ft table, 1 5 ft table, projector is available for an additional charge. Rules: 1. No congregating and open alcoholic beverages in front of the venue. 2. Trash should be placed in the trash bins. Recycling is mandatory! Additional fee will be applied if recycling is not done. 3. Nothing can be adhered to the walls or floors. 4. All rentals include setup and cleanup time. 5. You are responsible for returning the space in the same condition that it was provided. 6. If a guest stays beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, they will be charged for overtime. 7. The person(s) who books the space is responsible for acquiring all necessary permits needed for their event. 8. All guests are responsible for adhering to NYC Covid mandates.
