This 3-story, Brooklyn Brownstone is a beautiful mix of original victorian details and modern furniture available for television, film and photo shoots. Exterior shooting is available on request. It consists of two units, both featuring uniquely styled bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens across 3 floors. The upstairs unit consists of two floors with a stooped entryway, formal parlor room, two stylish bathrooms, two large bedrooms, sunny eat-in kitchen and nursery. The Parlor floor is especially stunning with 10-foot ceilings, 8 ft windows with original details at the front and back, a working stone fireplace and an abundance of details including an elegantly moody bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot tub. The bottom unit on the garden level is set up as a living room/office with vintage beadboard clad kitchen and back patio complete with bluestone pavers. Other conveniences of this location are the multiple modes of transportation, large entryway doors for loading in and an abundance of natural light throughout the house. The Lounge, with its open pantry, can be set up as a green room while shooting in the Main Hall or delivered empty to shoot simultaneously in both spaces. The Main Hall is large enough to accommodate multiple c-stands side-by-side, and the skylights can be easily blacked out if necessary. The first floor, double door entry makes for effortless loading of equipment in and out of the space.

This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

This 2,000 square foot townhouse in Greenpoint is the perfect space for photo shoots, filmed interviews, and digital content creation. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully furnished living and dining area. High ceilings, vintage furniture, fireplaces, and plants throughout the townhouse will give you a variety of aesthetics and looks whether on-camera or off. Guests will have access to our backyard and private patio. Production equipment is not provided, but street-level access makes loading in and out very easy. Guests will have full access to the kitchen during their rental period. We are a short 10-minute walk from the Bedford L train and a 5-minute walk from the Greenpoint Ave/Manhattan Ave G train.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Bright, modern, spacious 3,000 sqft Brooklyn brownstone with clean minimalist decor and full of iconic mid-century modern furniture. The soaring 11 foot ceilings and the back wall made entirely of glass create a sunlight-flooded and airy living space on the first floor. The master bedroom has 20 foot ceilings, providing extra drama to an elegantly furnished room. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble and a large soaking tub. The nursery is warm and cozy with a Scandinavian aesthetic. Both the nursery and an additional bedroom on the third floor (not pictured) face south and have great sunlight all year round. There is also a deck, a private backyard, and an a separate one bedroom apartment on the garden level.

It's 1st floor street level, two story loft space, total 3000sq/f, 19f high ceiling. First floor is living/dining/gallery/lounge. Below floor is two private rooms with another lounge area. It's originally made for an exclusive private art club for VIPs in art. We still do high end art-related events and shows for the members. We can either simply just rent you our space and you'll do the rest or we can help organize your special event as per your request (separate fees).
