My space has been recently remodeled and looks great! The design is warm and cozy and the layout is perfect for a large group, party, reception, shower, film shoot or casual business affairs. We can also host kids birthday parties that include unlimited pinball and karaoke! We have excellent beverages and access to a full list of catering options. The sound system is great and we have some vinyl Dj equipment available to use. We have a large screen projector available to tie into. We have warm and friendly staff that help make for a really memorable event!

Every room is equipped with pendant dimmable lighting, as well as having the option for total black out studio lighting. 3,000sqft. of space and 20ft. tall ceilings make it the perfect place for productions, big or small. Being a ground floor house with a street-level front door entry and back doors leading to on-site private parking, makes loading and unloading equipment and crew exceptionally easy. Lalita consists of 3 bedrooms; each entirely different with their own individual style/color scheme, 1 movie room/den, 2 full bathrooms, a full chef's kitchen with a 6-16 person dining table and an extremely spacious living room with a wide, round and colorful 'conversation couch'. Lalita Loft features iconic key pieces like the the Ettore Sottsass “Ultrafragola Mirror”, Jack Lenor Larsen chairs (6 dining & 2 lounge), a custom Vladimir Kagan loveseat and reupholstered/reworked vintage pieces made exclusively for Lalita Loft by renowned artists such as Brandi Howe, Michelle Kesselman, Niki Marvin and more. Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings. Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. We have a 4K Enhanced projector, 160" movie screen, 12 foot stage, 70 seats, Surround Sound w/ Subwoofer, additional Café space for networking events. Space has been used for movie screenings, workshops, film festivals, launch parties, art shows, one-woman shows, variety shows, comedy and more.

It's 1st floor street level, two story loft space, total 3000sq/f, 19f high ceiling. First floor is living/dining/gallery/lounge. Below floor is two private rooms with another lounge area. It's originally made for an exclusive private art club for VIPs in art. We still do high end art-related events and shows for the members. We can either simply just rent you our space and you'll do the rest or we can help organize your special event as per your request (separate fees). Our space is in the middle of an artist community and in the coolest spot where all of the parties and music scene are.

Since we sometimes are hosting multiple shoots in our facilities and there are other tenants working in the building we are unable to create special audio-recording conditions. If plants or other furniture are in your way please let the studio manager know.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Bright, modern, spacious 3,000 sqft Brooklyn brownstone with clean minimalist decor and full of iconic mid-century modern furniture. The soaring 11 foot ceilings and the back wall made entirely of glass create a sunlight-flooded and airy living space on the first floor. The master bedroom has 20 foot ceilings, providing extra drama to an elegantly furnished room. The master bathroom has floor to ceiling marble and a large soaking tub. The nursery is warm and cozy with a Scandinavian aesthetic. Both the nursery and an additional bedroom on the third floor (not pictured) face south and have great sunlight all year round. There is also a deck, a private backyard, and an a separate one bedroom apartment on the garden level.
