I live in a classic historic Flatbush townhome with an open floor plan. Two full floors of the house are available for rent. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are on the main parlor floor. Each room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful wooden floor boards running through the whole apartment. The rooms are separated by large arches between each room allowing the house to feel open and grand, and is great for photography and film crews who need wide angles and depth for their shots. The decor of the house leans cottage core and bohemian with lots of natural wood tones, billowing curtains between each room, and eclectic furniture and art. I also have a private garden with a porch in connected to the kitchen. The garden level of my apartment houses my 2nd living room, art space, guest bedroom and music studio. All spaces are open for photo and film shoots, dinner parties, and other artistic ventures. Special features for film/photoshoots -There is space outdoors on my property to place lights outside all the windows (on both sides of the house) -There is plenty of holding space in the lower level for extra equipment, break rooms, and more -Open floor plan allows for wide angles -There are two front entrances that access the house -A bathroom on each floor -Kitchen is extremely unique, you won't find another kitchen like this in nyc!

Outside catering and delivery is allowed. Rooftop access for smoking. Please stay within your space during the booking. No Confetti. If confetti is found and not cleaned up will be an automatic $100 cleaning fee.

About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Welcome to our gorgeous space! We proudly present a 1200 square foot space with exposed brick and huge white walls, with several beautiful plants, a fantastic leather armchair and a sensational velvet sofa. We offer twenty 9-foot seamless papers for you to choose from, plus Profoto equipment like the D1 and softboxes, reflectors and umbrellas at no charge! We have 40 chairs and 4 tables available for rent as well for any event you'd like to do, whether it's a baby shower, dinner or party. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. Huge beautiful corner studio with wondrous light and several tropical plants! We have 1850 square feet with hardwood floors, exposed brick and huge windows. We are in the back of the building with no neighbors, so it's very quiet and perfect for interviews and audio recordings. We have an elevator that brings you right to our space, plus a private bathroom, climate control and a buzzer system. Our lighting equipment and gear are all FREE. We have 40 chairs available ($20 for 10) for rent and 7 tables ($10 each). Our western wall is 51 feet across, most of that in windows. There is free parking right outside our building all weekend. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. NO DJS or DJ EQUIPMENT / Permission to serve alcohol is $75. At approximately 850 square feet, it is large enough and has the flexibility for multiple uses. The space can host corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, social occasions like baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, and dinner parties. It can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated event and up to 40 people standing for a cocktail reception. With its expansive windows, the space has an open feel and is filled with natural light. Extra features include a remote controlled HVAC, a coat rack for your guests and a kitchen prep area. We are located at the corner of Ralph and Putnam. The Putnam Avenue side offers a great backdrop for pictures. The store has a classic frontage. Our storefront space has a street level entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Our subway stop is the J at Gates Avenue which is three blocks away and 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Ralph Avenue has become one of the most commercially served corridors in Bedford Stuyvesant.
