There is no cleaning fee if you leave the place as it was before your event. If you prefer us to do the cleaning the fee is $150

Located on the prestigious Mag Mile, the training room makes the ideal location for your meeting, seminar or class. The space can hold U shape for 18, classroom for 30, and theater style for 40. Room has drop down screen. (additional fee for projector) The training room is nestled in a shared office with option for adding breakout rooms. We can help with ordering catering & coffee service and any other needs to make the meeting a success!
Our vintage wood photo / video production studio is very versatile and can easily be rearranged to accommodate a number of different setups and backdrops. There are large industrial windows that offer soft natural light throughout the day and warm golden hour. One of our walls is covered in vinyl records and is the perfect location for a music shoot or vintage look. We have 9 different solid color backdrops, all of which are available for free.
A studio manager will be on-site to assist for the duration of your shoot; we have a curtain room divider available for privacy / changing. There are blackout curtains available for the windows. The space has a few pieces of basic furniture which can be moved around easily; these items include desks, chairs, mirror and plants. Complimentary water and snacks.

Our East Side Loft is located on the boundary line of Logan Square and Bucktown, just a stone’s throw away from the apex of Wicker Park. This unique and transformative venue is housed on the second floor of a converted factory rich with history and character. The East side boasts a spacious 2,000 sq ft that can be used to capture your latest creative production.
Where traditional meets modern; Le Loft is designed with the foundation of a minimalist aesthetic, showcasing natural elements and textures, with clean lines. By infusing modern pieces, and the intentional use of color and shapes, we have designed a vibrant and visually stimulating environment, with special moments throughout the space.
The East Side features 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and an open layout, with lots of natural light. The space is light, bright, and modern; with a removable pink wall-canvas to allow for more flexibility for clients who want a clean, white backdrop for their event or shoot.

Space offers privacy with an open feel. The meeting room has 2 walls of windows. It is near to our onsite kitchenette, so you have easy access to grab a coffee or water.
Our community room is a large, sunny space with exposed brick and hardwood floors. It has a variety of sitting areas that can be left as is or rearranged as needed. Our main meditation hall is a large, bright, and calming space. There is a Tibetan Buddhist shrine and wall-hangings that need to remain in place.
This 529 sqft well-appointed meeting space features high-end amenities, a maximum capacity of 22 people, and can be set up in several different configurations to suit the needs of your group.
Our modern conference center is the perfect place for your next meeting. Located in a Class A office building situated on the western bank of the Chicago River, this space boasts large east-facing windows with beautiful views of the Chicago River, the Civic Opera House, the Mercantile Exchange, and other buildings in The Loop. Getting here is easy too. We're just steps from Union Station and Ogilvie Station, walking distance from public transportation, and there are several public parking garages nearby. Extra $50 fee for after hours booking will be incurred.

Our event space is perfect for any gathering. We offer several different layout options within our space depending on the event. With our full basketball court, the space can remain open for activities, or we can have tables, couch, and chairs for seating. The space has a container bar that includes seating for 8, along with a second level over the bar that overlooks the entire space. We have a 150" LED wall which can be split any which way to watch games or project accordingly. Lighting and be dimmed and intimate or bright. The golf simulator is the highest grade out there and offers all of the top courses in the country. This is a great space for birthday parties, wedding receptions, photoshoots, pop-ups or any corporate gathering.
