We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into two separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms. Large, light-filled flexible artist's loft in the heart of Soho. All furniture is on wheels and can be moved to modify the space. The space can accommodate many types of events and shoots. The loft features a large bedroom that can also be used for staging, wardrobe, equipment, etc. Full chef's kitchen. Full bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate sauna. The loft is on the 5th floor in a walk-up building. We have a freight elevator that can be reserved ahead of time during business hours, for a small extra fee. Additionally, our team can help you carry your equipment up and down. I have a professional photography studio that can also be set up in the loft, including Pro-foto lighting. Perfect for meetings, shoots, productions, showrooms, film, video and photography shoots, lifestyle shoots, holiday parties, and all types of events. Your host is a professional artist/photographer who can help with the production.

Thinking about a wine tasting event? Look no further - our relaxed, clean & professional space is the perfect spot. Our private wine tasting room has lots of counter space, custom made tables and chairs to seat about 20 people. The floor is a clean/minimalist grey epoxy floor. The walls are clean grey, with the exception of the chic, classy wine bottle wall which has about 300 clear wine bottles on their horizontal, protruding from the wall. The light is dimmable and room has a sink and small fridge.

This space is a sustainable white-box event space that allows for a creative and open floorplan. Boasting 3,500 square feet that can host up to 205 standing and 100 seated, this space is multi-use and state-of the art. There are projectors in the space that are included in your rental fee, including any other equipment and furniture. Within this unique space, a Green Wall brings the outdoors inside with live plants awash in beautiful light. Within the main area of the space, there is a teaching and demo kitchen with Gaggenau appliances that allow interactive cooking demos, or dramatic dining. Located towards the back of the space, there is an airy conference room, featuring a salvaged wood table.

High ceilings and exposed brick make this space bright and attractive. Soho is a great get away for your event/meeting! You will love the shopping and vibe of the neighborhood. Guests are encouraged to move and rearrange furniture to best suit your needs. (Please use discretion to not damage or break any furniture items, if you are not able to move them yourself - We can arrange pieces to be moved for you prior to your event) Once again, we have always valued the flexibility of our space and have moved our couches, chairs, Rugs, Tables, etc have easily been stashed away for our parties, or meetings into the smaller rooms (not externally outside of the space) and we encourage you see the space as a place where your imagination is limitless within the four walls.
