When I found this loft I fell in love. I wasn't sure exactly what I was going to do with it, but I knew I had to have it. The space is perfect for photography, head shots, product shoots, video interviews, make up, digital media, audio engineering, film/ photo editing, pop up shop. Really the sky is the limit. I live here as well and has a full open kitchen would be great for a cooking class. The space can be arranged in any way really. It is private entrance in a safe hip shopping center.

My studio is a actual working studio. It's super cool and offers several shooting location with in.

This truly unique home was rescued from years of abandonment. The restoration was completed this month, and you'll be one of the first to take it out for a spin! It's a contemporary space, with a large kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and the most amazing back yard you'll see in most homes. The property also has an Apple TV with 50 channels, including free HBO. It has a fast & far-reaching WiFi, and a SONOS sound system and speakers throughout the house, and outside in the patio. The pool is amazing and is always at perfect temperature. The pool also features deckjets as great feature fountains, and a small fountain next to the covered sitting area with Indonesian furniture.
