Glass Mountain is a large piece of hilltop property with 360 degree views of Los Angeles. At the precipice of the hill, there is a graded portion with a priceless view of DTLA. Glass Mountain is an uninterrupted 1/2 acre from Thomas St. down to Two Tree Ave.
Recent shoots include Lancome with Zendaya & Sia, Jaden Smith, Ford Escape, and many more.
The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre.
Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee.

Artist Studio in Treehouse Cabin with natural trails on spacious property
Nestled in the heart of Topanga this 2 acres property features a rustic treehouse cabin with a large artist studio on the second level. The studio area has vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, 2 skylights, bamboo floors, 3 glass sliding doors and lots of natural light. The studio also has a wood deck that wraps around 2 sides of the structure, overlooking the creek. Below the studio treehouse, there is an open-air space with concrete floors that works great for staging and other various production needs. This area has optional canvas curtains for more privacy and can also be utilized for filming if it fits your location needs.
This treehouse studio is situated in the center of our grounds offering easy access to all other areas around the property! Surrounding the treehouse there is a large yard that can be used and shot in various ways. Set builds are okay in this outdoor space with prior discussion and approval.
The other exterior areas of the property are easily walkable and include a natural wood bridge that overlooks the natural creek-bed, which winds through the heart of the property. With several access points, this creek-bed creates our own private hiking trail encompassed with enchanting oaks, sycamores, and eucalyptus trees. There are also several vantages points to shoot the creek from high angles.
Additional interior areas may be available upon request and on a case by case basis. A generator is available onsite for excess power capabilities. The on-site manager will also be available during shoots.
Parking for up to 9 vehicles or 4 trailers on site, as well as street parking available on the boulevard. There is a nearby lot ( 2 min drive) available for rent for multiple large trailers, production trucks, and shuttle service. This property has been used in several films including Prizzi's Honor directed by John Huston.

This space was carefully crafted, each step of the curation process was fueled by imagination and creativity. The space emulates a modern, terrarium-like oasis with all of the amenities to serve an array of events from team meetings, workshops, seminars, trainings, small off-site conferences, photo shoots/filming, pop-up shops. The 2,000 sf space includes a live-edge conference table, small office desk, comfortable seating, access to outdoor seating, a kitchen, bathroom, shelving, AC/heating, and beautiful natural lighting. Located on the second floor of the Paseo Colorado shopping mall, foot traffic is light and the surrounding area is extremely safe. Easy access to a multitude of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as hundreds of underground parking spots and street parking. Loading dock and freight elevator access are also available.
This dreamy loft space boasts 12 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and fantastic natural light all day long thanks to the charming 50 foot wall of eight large southeast facing windows. This gorgeous, sun-drenched, open spaced DTLA loft will inspire you everywhere you look! This downtown studio is perfect for photo and video shoots including: Editorial, Fashion, Beauty, Portrait, Product, Headshot, Commercial, Film, Kickstarter, Video, Promotional, Documentary, TV series, Web Series, Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
It’s worth noting that the light is especially gorgeous, flooding into the space as early as 7am (these images were taken at 10:30 am) Also, the light can be controlled with black out shades if needed. To amplify the vitality of the space, you’ll also find many happy and healthy natural plants here.
The projector is an especially interesting touch, and a cool addition to photoshoots and events.
We have excellent parking and load-in accommodations. Parking is $8 flat rate for all day in the parking lot downstairs. We have a loading area with access to an elevator to make loading easy.
IMPORTANT
Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime.
BOOKED HOURS
Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time.
PARKING
Parking is not included with your booking and it is a separate fee. Parking lots are independently operated and we are not responsible for any theft or damage. Several other parking lots with a flat all-day rate exist across the studio, street meters, and yellow commercial loading zones at the building’s entrance.
ELEVATOR
The elevator is shared among all tenants, it is on a first come first served basis, its use cannot be reserved during the standard hours of operation, requires a staff member.
LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT
The elevator is accessible via the Santee alley entrance and vehicles/trucks usually park in alley by the entrance. Vehicles should be moved after unloading/loading to avoid parking tickets.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Please do not touch, cover or unplug the security cameras. Footage is strictly confidential and recorded 24/7.

Within the 20 acre estate, the two private homes, Sky Mountain Villa and Infinity Bungalows, are close enough to walk or drive between, if you should book both, but they are also far enough apart with separate entrances to ensure complete privacy during your stay.
