This MidCentury treetop house is a secluded creative haven. It has 2000 square feet of interior space, with an additional 1600 sq feet of deck. Perched high in Benedict canyon, it has an uninterupted view of nature; yet almost impossible to believe that it's in Beverly Hills. It's the perfect place for your secluded celebrity shoot. This unique bohemian home encompasses the organic freedom of a California lifestyle.

Ideal for period-set photo shoots and productions, this mid-century home - it was built in 1951 - straddles the line between authentic 1950s/1960s Los Angeles and updated retro chic. Each room in the five-bedroomed, 4,100 square foot house is distinctive from the rest; graphic wallpapers, pops of paint color on walls, design-centric artifacts, and accents. The open-plan Californian ranch-style home also allows in plenty of natural light and includes a large, lush backyard filled with trees.

Our space is a historic landmark, a Classic French Chateau in the heart of LA featured in major films and photoshoots. This beautiful home welcomes you with a spiral iron and wood staircase circling a large beautiful chandelier over a marble checkered floor in its entry hall. It's tall ceilings, marble fire places, grand mirrors and intricate moldings in both the Living Room and Dining Room and the vintage elevator with accordion gates are exquisite contexts telling a story of another time. The pool has been given the name by its visitors, LA's secret garden. Ficus trees and trimmed boxwood line the walls of vines, its greenery complementing the home's tall French doors, round bay windows and detailed architectural accents. Please note filming, if a larger group, is at an increased rate customized based on size of production.

Absolutely gorgeous, half acre lot: With stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the valley beyond, this beautifully designed and updated contemporary home is the perfect place to film. Peace and tranquility abound; quality is apparent with convenient parking space available for multiple vehicles on the side of the house. Open floor plan, new distressed wooden flooring, interior and exterior built-in speakers, rooms flooded with natural light, and beautiful earth tones create the perfect ambiance for entertaining or relaxing. This striking space is part of a 16-unit complex designed between 1926 and 1939 by R.M. Schindler​, one of the forefathers of Modern architecture, on a street-to-street downward sloping lot in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Schindler’s client for the project was his friend Herman Sachs, a Romanian-born muralist and decorator known for his work on the Bullocks Wilshire Building, Union Station, and City Hall. Synonymous with old Hollywood glamour, the apartment at this Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument feels like being in a bygone era. It’s an inspiring space, with improbably high ceilings and a huge window showcasing the unobstructed views overlooking Los Feliz, the iconic Hollywood sign, and the Griffith Observatory. The space employs extensive use of glass, plaster, and wood – characteristics of the Modernist style with which Schindler is usually associated – in addition to a distinctive art deco flair. Sachs was known for using his studio loft workspace as a gathering space, often hosting dinners and concerts for his coterie of bohemian friends. During a painstaking three year restoration, the original cabinetry, finishes, and Schindler-designed furniture were carefully researched and, wherever possible, restored or re-created. The first floor space has an airy, open concept living/dining room and full kitchen, in addition to a half bath and large closet/storage space (in addition to a Origin Acoustics 7.1 surround-sound speaker system with six recessed speakers and subwoofer, Paradigm soundbar, high-end projector, and hanging art installation system. Use of these features may be possible, depending on the intended usage). The second floor space has a sleeping space with daybed, full bathroom, and entryway/office that is ideal for hair and makeup. Schindler was a genius at window placement - natural light streams throughout every nook and cranny of the apartment. The Platform Home designed furniture (tables, stacking chairs, couch, hexagon seater, stools, daybed, etc.) has been selected for easy breakdown or reconfiguration, making the apartment an ideal setting for a multitude of shoots and events.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping or use of alcohol anywhere on the premises. Any breaking of this rule, by you or your guests, will result in a $500.00 fine. Also, any confetti or confetti sprinklers used will have a $300.00 fine.

A midcentury modern 2,600 square foot home was custom designed 1954 by architecture firm Powers, Daily, and DeRosa. An impressive fig tree hovers over a calming interior fountain that fall into a koi pond and connects the living room to the outdoors. The walls of glass throughout the home, open beam ceilings, and original built cabinetry, and natural light offers many interesting shots for photoshoots. With an open kitchen, 2 living spaces, 2 brick fireplaces, and 4 bedrooms (one currently filled with Pilates equipment) there are endless options for filming. The home is filled with designer and vintage furniture including pieces from Knoll, Roche Bobois, Galanter and Jones, Walter Lamb, Brown Jordan etc. The 11,363 square foot lot includes a flagstone courtyard, tropical themed pool and diving board, sunbathing area, cedar tub, BBQ, 2 outdoor dining tables, and a custom fire pit with midcentury furniture all surrounded by lush landscaping. For additional cost 1985 Mercedes 300TD Wagon, black with tan interior and moonroof is available.

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee.
