We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

The Penthouse at 723 7th avenue is a world class recording facility and event space located in the heart of Times Square. At 3,000 sq. ft with breathtaking views of the city, Penthouse is the perfect place to premiere your project or host your next corporate event. We have all the vibes and cater to a diverse range of clientele. World Class acoustics with a sound system peak tuned for sonic immersion and accuracy. Space 3-4, with 12+ ft ceilings and a 323 sq ft floor plan, is a newly remodeled permanent conference table set up, ready to be booked at $35 an hour. With the ability to accommodate up to 15 people, Space 3-4 houses a sturdy oval conference table, versatile lighting, acoustic installation, mobile dry-erase boards, a wall-mounted flat-screen television for presentations, screenings, and more. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. - Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $240/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $390/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. - Crews over 10 people will be charged an additional $10 per person per hour. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. This beautiful Library serving as a content creation location is unique and something like we've never offered before. This location serves as the perfect decor for many different production projects. The spacious library has a perfect balance between the vibrant New York feel and stillness. There's a beautiful mixture and balance of natural light entering this building. The library is full of props. This location is big in size and can be used for big productions with big crews as it's located in a huge mansion. There's plenty of room for holding. This location in the heart of Manhattan will bring the vision of your creative, visual project to life. This massive library has an old-school and vintage vibe which remained untouched since back in the day. Our team manages several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in media production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive. A certificate of insurance is required of all productions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

My space is in perhaps the most venerable building in Harlem. Built in 1901 it is an romantic and classical building with a gorgeous interior courtyard. The apartment is actually an intimate art gallery. Clean, uncluttered and warm gleaming light-filled rooms.

Beautiful loft and gallery space right off Canal Street. The space has high ceilings and wood floors and is ideal for photoshoots, classes, get-togethers, intimate music performances, dinners, symposiums, receptions, etc. You would be able to use the entire space which is the whole 4th floor (2,300 sq feet). There is a small kitchen (gas oven and sink) and bathroom. Large windows let in natural light at the front and back of the space. There are track lights on the ceiling for adjustable lighting. Multiple walls can be cleared for a shoot or space, if needed.
