Our Main Studio space is equipped with professional studio lighting, seamless backdrop rolls in a variety of colors of your choice, and also offers exposed brick walls, and a devoted Art Mural Wall that can be utilized. For Events we can accommodate anything from parties, workshops, classes, paint and sip events, release parties, product launch parties, etc. Our Studio Rentals also include equipment for productions. A Beauty & Make-up area / Personal Changing Room *In house photographer & designer available upon request.

A beautiful wellness studio that offers 3 breakout rooms: - The Bindu Room has 870 sq. ft. of true yoga space with cork flooring and a mural - The Training Room is a 910 sq. ft that is part black rubber and black artificial turf and has state of the art training equipment - The Prana Space is 760 sq. ft complete with rigging points to hang equipment for Aerial Yoga or weight bags. Overall, the studio is airy and open. All 3 spaces offer lots of natural light during the day and give off a very zen vibe throughout. You enter from the ground level and come in through a beautiful foyer staircase with a flower of life/sacred geometry mural leading you into the studio upstairs. The entrance to the studio is a beautiful airy retail space. There are bathrooms, showers and changing rooms along with a water fountain and bottle fill up station. We look forward to hosting your next mindful event or workshop!

Our backyard is filled with trees and large seating area. It is great for shooting barbecues and outdoor settings. The house is located in Miami Shores, few minutes away from i-95, in a dead end street with plenty of parking space.

Love & Spice provides in house food & beverage catering services as well as event design and planning prior your event.

Our venue is a real art studio decorated with stunning art and furniture. Captivating from the moment one walks in, filled with bright colors and interesting paintings. upon request we allow host events, pop-ups, or get together. We have plenty of free parking space, handicap access. 2000 sq. ft in total with different ambients we do have a lounge area called the bohemian room, our kitchen's name is Hell's Bar equipped with microwave fridge with freezer and a additional freezer perfect for ice, we do not have a stove but feel free to bring your personal chef or catering service our kitchen is spacious for food and drinks serving. our bathroom is stunning, we do have a baby grand piano that cannot be remove or moved, our floors are hand painted and covered with epoxy, that's why Furniture and artwork may only be removed or replaced upon request. we do have Enough space for 50 people. we just I'm proved our AC units, now we have a fresh high end luxury space to share with our community. be part of the experience. ask for a walk through visit! see you soon! Our installations are located in a commercial park, therefore is very safe and clean, parking lot is fenced, but public and shared with other warehouses. As we all know is prohibited to hang out with alcoholic beverages in public spaces by federal law. So please don’t hang out in our parking lot. please keep our outsides clean, no garbage and obviously no peeing in the area, a fine of $110 USD will be assessed for each tule not followed. A monitoring system is I. Place to make sure adherence to these rules are taking place. Please enjoy yourselves without causing distress to our neighbors and society.
