It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.

This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

The multi-use loft once the residence of composer, Leonard Bernstein now houses an Architecture firm that supplies a large terrace used for happy hours, two studios, living, dining, and kitchen space all open to each other and a private conference room. The loft also includes an original working fireplace

The beautiful building that the loft is in was built in 1910. It was originally a carriage house for horses. The building's enormous 10'x20' freight elevator used to take the horses up and down through the floors. The huge 10' elevator doors open up directly into the loft. The loft has a generous 2000 square feet of space. It has a full kitchen with large kitchen island for catering or food preparation. The ceiling height is 11'. Along with other amenities that were common in the early 1900's were the tin ceilings. The ceilings are covered with the white painted tin and makes for an open and airy environment. One of it's uses is as a photography studio, so it has racks for clothing, a steamer, a makeup station, and is fully equipped to host a wide range of photography shoots. The furniture is all mid century modern based. Wood and chrome run throughout the space along with accents of white. Cocktail Parties, Art Gallery Shows, and Corporate meetings/events are welcome here. The loft is located on the edge of Hudson Yards and Hells Kitchen. It is easily accessible to public transportation with the 7 train and the 8th Ave 34th st station are each only .2 miles away...about a 6-8 minute walk. There are parking garages all around the building, so parking is always easy to find.

We’re a full-service photo studio rental space, conveniently located in Chelsea, NYC, right around the corner from Penn Station. We offer a quiet, private space with large north-facing windows that can be used for photoshoots, video, interviews, castings, private parties, and more. The space is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our rates include everything you may need for your shoot: seamless paper, Profoto lighting kits, flash heads, umbrellas, softboxes, light stands, and more (see below). Should you need additional equipment, we have a large range of gear on-site available to rent for an additional fee. If you need a photographer, we can help you out with that too. We've worked with clients of all sizes and from all industries. We provide reliable service at a great value, flexible to your needs. While we work with many photographers, our studio space is flexible and is also used for private parties, meetups, castings, presentations, and more.
