LOFT 4 is a 2200 Square ft. Shabby Chic full floor open LOFT designed for Film and Photography Productions. Built in 1910, the building was originally a carriage house for horses. The all white floors, mixed with the original tin ceiling tiles, great natural light, and white brick walls make it great for Lifestyle Shoots or Interviews. We have tastefully curated select furniture that gives the space a unique look and feel, while still allowing for a lot of negative space for photo/film productions. There is a 10'x20' freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft.

Cre8ive Space 2-4, a 340 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 35 people, and has acoustic installation and versatile lighting. Starting at $38 an hour, Space 2-4 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has Wi-Fi, acoustic insulation, and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), and has cold and sparkling water available. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Fittings, Yoga/Fitness classes, Movement/Improv classes, and more! It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.

This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space has been used for film, photography, live theater, operatic performances, concerts, corporate events and a host of other private events. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity. All rentals include setup and tear down time.

Our storefront gallery space is available for rental for a variety of types of events from fashion shows to book signings, networking functions to photo shoots, and anything in between. This storefront space features approximately 1100 square feet on the main floor with 19-foot ceilings and a kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. We have a six-foot foldable table and twenty folding chairs for use at no additional fee. WiFi is also included.
