We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

It is a 2000 sq ft venue that can host events for 84 guests seated and up to 200 guests standing. It is ideal for cocktail receptions, product launches, corporate mixers, and networking events. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a 30 foot marble bar with a massive hanging bar, followed by a lush moss wall that spans the width of the venue to distinctly create separate ambiances between the bar area and main room.

Formerly a functioning bank from the early 1900's, this space has been renovated into one of Brooklyn's most unique event spaces. Boasting over 4000 square feet, this rustic space is located in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The Space Main Floor: Unique open space with two loft areas. Cathedral windows on one side with original exposed brick on the other. Built in sound system for light background music, two mezzanine levels, a walk in safe that can has various uses, projection screens and Apple TV. Five chandeliers, all lighting on dimmers and Interchangeable LED lighting. Original vault room allows for private VIP room. This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. Our original premier event space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties, and elegant weddings. With over 10 years of experience we can provide a perfect venue for any event you can imagine, including fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations. Contact us anytime to set up an appointment to see our stunning spaces. Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building. Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size. Please contact us for an exact quote for your event! A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.) Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events. There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events. Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour. Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold. Included in your rental is -access to in-house furniture (full list upon request) -in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands -High speed wifi -2 wireless, handheld microphones -Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings.
