We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Our facility is 2,000 sq ft w/ 15 foot ceilings, designed not only record an orchestra, but also as a creative space to host photo shoots, film screenings, intimate live performances, or VIP listening parties. We are a classic, large-format big room, analog and digital recording studio nestled in South Williamsburg. This hand-built space features Protools HD 32 I/O, 2 inch Studer A827 24 track analog tape machine, a fully restored Harrison 4032c 40-channel analog recording console (same series the Thriller album was recorded on), a baby grand Yamaha piano, an impressive mic collection, and more. Please note while our usual people cap is much higher, we have temporarily capped count at 10 -15 people as per our new COVID-19 protocols to ensure proper social distancing. We have many other measures in place to continue hosting safe productions at our space, including new cleaning / sanitization protocols, placement of HEPA air filters, private testing options with fast turnarounds, etc. Note, use of our control room is now only permitted for special circumstances and for an additional fee. We are also a fantastic space for off-site meetings. Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please.
