We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops.
Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use.
Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.
******* COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have created a no-contact set that will be pre-set and sanitized. for your single camera interview. All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual.
Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa.
We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival.

THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof.
We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots
Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.

- Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $240/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $390/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots.
- Crews over 10 people will be charged an additional $10 per person per hour.
Additional costs:
- 1x $500 Site Rep Fee
- 1x $200 Cleaning Fee
Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot.
Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customised fee schedule.

This beautiful Library serving as a content creation location is unique and something like we've never offered before. This location serves as the perfect decor for many different production projects. The spacious library has a perfect balance between the vibrant New York feel and stillness. There's a beautiful mixture and balance of natural light entering this building. The library is full of props. This location is big in size and can be used for big productions with big crews as it's located in a huge mansion. There's plenty of room for holding. This location in the heart of Manhattan will bring the vision of your creative, visual project to life. This massive library has an old-school and vintage vibe which remained untouched since back in the day.
Our team manages several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in media production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions.
Please note, some rooms are upstairs. This is a great space for all crew sizes as the location is spacious and expansive.
A certificate of insurance is required of all productions.
Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking.
Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’.

Studio 1 boasts 14ft ceilings, two walls of windows (East and South facing) in a fully-renovated early 20th century building.
Our rentals are typically based on a 10 hour window (including set-up and breakdown) at a fixed day rate, depending on event type and size.

A 6 or 8 hour window may be available, depending on the type of rental, at an hourly rate: $450/hour for a minimum of 8 hours, or an adjusted rate for a 6 hour rental (available for specific events.)
Hourly rate may be higher for large-scale events.
There is an additional cleaning charge and trash fee for all events.
Access to the freight elevator before 7am or after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $50/hour. Access to the freight elevator during the weekend is available at $150/hour.
Holds for bookings are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Secondary holds are offered after the first hold has been filled. If a secondary hold would like to place a deposit, the first hold will be given a 24-hour window to book, after which the booking will be made available to the secondary hold.

-in house AV which includes a Bluetooth sound system and two 55-inch HD TVs on rolling stands

-Kitchens are set up with fully functioning electrical appliances including fridge, freezer, and electrical stovetop. (The gas range requires a propane hookup with FDNY permitting required, at an additional cost)
In order to make sure that we are operating our studios in a safe and healthful manner for our returning clients in the wake of COVID-19 we are making a few necessary improvements and updates.
We are following the Key to NYC requirements for indoor entertainment spaces, meaning all guests aged 12 and older should be able to present proof that they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine upon entry to the studio. This applies to all events held in our spaces, including private and corporate events.
-Additionally, all staff at our studios have been vaccinated.
-PPE including hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are made available to guests upon entry to our studios
- Additional hand washing stations have been installed in each studio.
- All bathroom sinks have been retrofit with contactless faucets.
- Increased wifi bandwidth will be available, up to 10 Gbps for remote videoconferencing needs for both events and productions.
- Daily intensive cleanings of both studios.
Music must be off at 11:30pm with guests exiting at midnight.
