Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.

COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

Industrial loft space with stunning end-to-end six foot high vintage casement windows. This open space transforms into a gorgeous production location/stage with contiguous office space and giant outdoor patio. There is also a rooftop with skyline views that can be used for shooting.
One stop from Grand Central and East 53rd St. and incredibly easy to access by subway, car (Queensboro and Midtown Tunnel are a few blocks away) and even ferry.
Additional space may be available depending on needs and project. Numerous videos and episodic TV have been shot here, including projects for the Travel Channel, truTV, and the Discovered music series for Sundance TV. The space is quiet but not soundproofed and on the second floor with no elevator.

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice.
There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students.
Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events.
Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge.
Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.
Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor.
The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen.
Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time.
For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot.

My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking.
We are conveniently located off of Court Square and nearby Queensboro Plaza. 1.5 blocks from the E,G,M, & 7 trains, 3 blocks from the N/W, and 6 blocks from the R and F trains. We are just 5-10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, 15 - 25 from Downtown, and a hop over the water from Brooklyn.
