All lights, tripod movement, camera operation and audio are controlled from the second floor of our building, allowing the subject to be isolated on the first floor. This means the subject can participate in a shoot without being in contact with another individual. Producers can be anywhere in the world and still talk face-to-face with their subject, utilizing either a direct-to-camera style or an off-camera style. All the producer needs is a laptop or computer with a webcam and a link we will provide. This allows for an intimate interview setting without ever occupying the same space, ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved. The subject will see the Producer throughout their entire interview, and vice versa. We have a TEMPERATURE SCREENING & TECHNOLOGY/HAND SANITIZING STATION set up at the front door of our studio. We also have disposable masks and gloves, disinfectant spray and wipes, and hand sanitizer readily available for our guests. There are infection control reminders posted throughout the space and the set and equipment will be sterilized before your arrival. ----------------------------- PERFECT For photography and video production, podcast recording, art installations, we host any one and anything! Our studio space is located in the bottom floor of our building, with easy ground level garage load in access. A beautiful and imaginative industrial artists living loft. Beautiful light and atmosphere. Furniture and props easily moved. The garden is lovely to shoot or have a break in. Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

Industrial loft space with stunning end-to-end six foot high vintage casement windows. This open space transforms into a gorgeous production location/stage with contiguous office space and giant outdoor patio. There is also a rooftop with skyline views that can be used for shooting. One stop from Grand Central and East 53rd St. and incredibly easy to access by subway, car (Queensboro and Midtown Tunnel are a few blocks away) and even ferry. Additional space may be available depending on needs and project. Numerous videos and episodic TV have been shot here, including projects for the Travel Channel, truTV, and the Discovered music series for Sundance TV. The space is quiet but not soundproofed and on the second floor with no elevator.

Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.
