Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. My space is an open yard with a beautiful view of the bay. Sometimes you will get a visit from the ducks or swans that live in the water. There is a bar, a homemade brick grill and what is going to be a pizza oven. There's a long walkway leading down to the boat/water. There is also new patio furniture and tables.
