We’re a 2000sf, daylight-drenched photo and video rental studio located in Long Island City, New York. Perfect for small-to-medium productions from fashion look books and editorials to portraiture and some still life. We're a 20-25 min drive from Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. From the train, we are only about a 6-7 minute walk from the closest stop. The space is wide open so you can maximize it for your needs.

Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

Our location is a gastropub, restaurant and beer garden. Our 40 seated bar has 50 beer taps, provides a great location for scenes as well as photo shoots. Modern with a touch of bar atmosphere, your location is here. Our 2500 soft courtyard is unique space for our area. the open area is flexible in space, though we do offer tables and modern seating.
