Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

With an open floor plan and high ceilings, there is plenty of space for photographers and subjects to collaborate, create and enjoy themselves. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out. WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP? Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?  COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. Mediterranean style stucco house with tile roof, built 1907, facing Little Neck Bay and Long Island Sound. Corner lot on one-way local street. House maintains virtually all original features, such as period tin ceilings and wood beams, crystal and colored glass chandeliers, stained glass windows, Persian rugs and hardwood floors, Moravian tile fireplace depicting biblical scenes, French doors that span length of porch, and closets with "obscure" glass panes. Among furniture is varnished mahogany dining room table with growth rings that accommodates up to 16 with all leaves, Queen Anne chairs, and sixteenth century carved-oak rustic Spanish monastery table. Original cedar closet and crawl space for storage on third floor under eaves. In basement are industrial-style boiler room with period instruments, laundry room with three porcelain wash tubs, and wood wine cellar. House evokes era of "The Great Gatsby." Modern features include "endless pool" off of breakfast nook, and steam/sauna and whirlpool bath in master bath. View of two bridges, three boroughs — Bronx, Queens, and a few Manhattan skyscrapers — and Long Island. House offers various styles of rooms, views, angles, and types of shots. Ample street parking. Some For sound recording it is necessary to check the dates for activities in the neighborhood ( there is a pool club next door and there are often weddings in the courtyard below my space).

Our spacious 2000 sq ft event space is separated into 4 rooms. 2 fully equipped music production rooms, a state of the art video suite and our gallery style lobby. Each room is uniquely designed to create a fresh ambiance and boasts many amenities including color changing LED lighting, top of the line audio systems and video screens in each room. The video suite is equipped with a massive video wall and moving intelligent lighting. Our space is perfect for hosting album and video releases, recording podcasts, shooting videos, photo shoots, art showcases, or private events.

We offer several studio options ranging from 700 to 3200 sf – each with independent character – to fit any size shoot and budget. The price listed is use of the entire space. If you are new to studio work, we’re happy to go over the equipment and some lighting concepts with you.
