We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc. We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager. Splacer then charges around 8-10% in processing fees. Fees are dependent on the number of hours. DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?  COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. Hi there! I'm Vicky, and my apartment is a bit like Mickey Mouse's clubhouse a place filled with welcoming vibes. The space is flooded with natural light through numerous windows, and the expansive kitchen area is perfect for hosting events. My bathroom adds to the overall cleanliness of the place. Please note that there is no elevator, and it's a fourth-floor walk-up – sorry about that, I know the struggle. If you choose to rent my space, rest assured that you'll not only gain a fantastic host but also create unforgettable memories for your event!

Medium size bedroom is bare in furniture, master bedroom is being used as an office, also bare in furniture. 3rd bedroom is a toddler's room, fully decorated in grey/pink/yellow and gold colors. Full studio basement apartment also available. Home faces east and west, receiving beautiful natural sunrises and sunsets.

Our facility features two unique locations - a 16,000 square foot outdoor space and a 5,000 square foot indoor space with a restaurant, bar and dance floor. The indoor space features a wooden dance floor surrounded by plants and natural light. It includes a world-class DJ booth, custom high-fidelity sound system, bespoke light rig and haze machine. The dance floor can be used as is or can easily accommodate a custom buildout. For large dinners and presentations, our long bench seats can sit up to 80 people on the dance floor and there are bleachers at one end of the room that can be used as staging. Adjacent to the dance floor is the bar and restaurant area, which features more plants, wooden banquette and bar seating and a full kitchen. Our 16,000 square foot park-like outdoor area, designed by Future Green Studios features a dance floor, picnic tables, a food truck, restrooms, trees and hammocks. Similar to a Biergarten, the space can also be compartmentalized to make small gatherings feel comfortable as well as semi-private rentals. Fire pits and yurts are also available in the winter time. For private events and weddings we offer drink & food packages, security and staffing. Please note that rental fees are dependent on which space is activated and the nature of the event / shoot. 

This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.

We’re a 2000sf, daylight-drenched photo and video rental studio located in Long Island City, New York. Perfect for small-to-medium productions from fashion look books and editorials to portraiture and some still life. We're a 20-25 min drive from Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. From the train, we are only about a 6-7 minute walk from the closest stop. The space is wide open so you can maximize it for your needs.
