We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. Our community-built facility is a 1500 sq ft fully soundproofed analog & digital studio located in Queens, New York. Created to record all genres and styles of music and audio experimentation while also serving as a wonderful arena for creativity. You can use our studio as a zone for photo shoots, video productions, podcasting shoots, documentary or film shoot, small professional gatherings, songwriting, rehearsal space, and much more. When not rented out our studio is usually used for recording hardcore and punk music projects, yet we are versatile in what we can accommodate, if you are seeking to use our studio for recording initiatives. We additionally can offer the services of our in-house recording engineers and producers for your services. Some of our equipment includes a vintage Trident 24 Console, Ampex 440B, Tascam MS-16, Avalon VT-737SP, 1950’s Berlant Tube Preamps (x4), 90’s Marshall JCM-900, and more! Our outdoor venue brings creators and professionals together who are looking to work as a community to grow, expand, and share their passions. We occupy a spacious, open, and bright multi-purpose outdoor space. With a modern 'secret garden' feel and tons of natural lighting, we are fit to host gatherings, events and productions of many types and sizes. Book with us for your next seminar, workshop, photoshoot, hosting auditions, master class, networking event, study session, mastermind group, video shoot, hosting interviews or just a day of co-working to escape the office and get your creative juices flowing! The space has a large and open feel, as well as many sectioned areas that are useful for smaller groups or to allow for privacy. All furniture and layouts are very easily changeable and we can work with mostly all requests. We feature 15 foot high privacy walls running the entire length of the space, a large variety of looks and backdrops, and amazing natural light providing great opportunities for 'golden hour' shooting. We also feature a catering area complete with a food and drink prep station, barbecue grill, foldable tables, and food prep supplies. *Grill access available for an additional charge* More intimate meet ups work perfectly in our space as there are multiple individual working areas. This is great for hosting workshops with break out sessions or having a wide variety of scenery when shooting photo or video. We are also able to fit up to 50 people quite comfortably in both a standing or seated layout. We are easily accessible, located in the heart of the artistic community in the Bushwick, Brooklyn/Ridgewood area . We are conveniently accessed by a quick 10 minute train ride from 14th Street Manhattan (we're half a block from the Halsey Street L train) and a short ride from Downtown Manhattan, Queens, and even the Bronx. A cozy cafe with a garden oasis in the heart of Woodside. Escape from the noise outside and enter a relaxing intimate space with art and books on the walls; Wood floors, exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. There's a small stage where you can enjoy performances, a presentation, host talks or a poetry reading. The stage can also accommodate a DJ and there is space for dancing. There is a very long bar with one side dedicated to an open kitchen/food prep and can be used as a buffet area. The other side is the coffee/beverage station which is perfect for serving drinks, wine and beer.

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.

**This space is more suitable for intimate events such as dinners, baby showers, sip and paints, cocktail parties, etc. the space is also great for photo/video shoots, pop up shops, elopements, pop up weddings, an exhibition space, fashion showrooms, brand events, and all artistic events. We do not accommodate large and excessively loud events past 12AM.** Our venue is a 1200 sq. ft. loft space in the heart of Astoria NY. The space is located in a well known Astoria building and is equipped with a buzzer system that grants entry to guests. The space is full of natural light which enters through our huge beautiful windows. The space also offers a blank canvas with all white features such as white textured brick walls, white marble like flooring, 16 ft ceilings, and an open floor plan. We offers a ton of amenities which include clear chiavari chairs for 50 guests, 6 foot tables, 5 cocktail tables, 3 booth seats on the loft, premium sound system, portable bar, led lighting and recessed lights throughout. The space also offers a private bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms outside of the space. To access the space, there is a buzzer system and an elevator that goes to the street level and is wheel chair accessible.
