Our hall provides an open space for various events. With lighting system, sound system, mirrored walls, barres, screen projector, as well as various instruments available for rent, the space provides quality space for your event. Time is flexible depending on schedule.

You'll love our space because of the ease and flow of the layout and the private entrance. The indoor/outdoor flow allows for utilization of either spaces separately or together with easy access to the restroom. It is great for entertaining/hosting in any season with the outdoor space especially beautiful and haven-like in warmer weather.

Our space features a raw warehouse space that includes 25ft ceilings throughout at least 1/2 of the space. We also have a second floor that is available if needed. The space is perfect if bringing props, vehicles, lighting, as well as stage building is needed.

The space has been treated for sound, and is equip with everything needed for music production and recording. Our Dance Studio in Astoria, NY has a large open dance studio on the first floor with 2 sound systems and a bathroom. The basement level has a waiting room, changing room, front office, back office, storage room, and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sloping backyard space outside. It is available for shoots and other similar projects from 10am-3pm weekdays.

We’re a 2000sf, daylight-drenched photo and video rental studio located in Long Island City, New York. Perfect for small-to-medium productions from fashion look books and editorials to portraiture and some still life. We're a 20-25 min drive from Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. From the train, we are only about a 6-7 minute walk from the closest stop. The space is wide open so you can maximize it for your needs.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $290/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $440/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $300 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Splacer widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 10 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours.
