My space has an urban casual look that is perfect for hosting any event from birthdays to any parties. Space is a full service restaurant. We can make any package for each individual event. We offer a private room for up to 30 guests and a semi private space for up to eighty guests.

Hi there! I'm Vicky, and my apartment is a bit like Mickey Mouse's clubhouse a place filled with welcoming vibes. The space is flooded with natural light through numerous windows, and the expansive kitchen area is perfect for hosting events. My bathroom adds to the overall cleanliness of the place. Please note that there is no elevator, and it's a fourth-floor walk-up – sorry about that, I know the struggle. My studio is a 700 square foot space located in Long Island City, Queens. The studio offers a large wall of north facing windows that gets beautiful light at all times of the day. We are set up for all types of portraiture, fashion shoots, and any other creative projects. The space is air-conditioned, with Wi-Fi, and features an MUA staging area with large Hollywood vanity mirror, directors chairs, stools, and an open lounge area with leather couch, and tables for working. We have livened up the space with some plant elements, and the high ceilings create an incredible ambiance. Lighting and grip gear is included with every booking. We are conveniently located off of Court Square and nearby Queensboro Plaza. 1.5 blocks from the E,G,M, & 7 trains, 3 blocks from the N/W, and 6 blocks from the R and F trains. We are just 5-10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, 15 - 25 from Downtown, and a hop over the water from Brooklyn. Our 20,000 square foot LIC production facility looks out across the East River at the Manhattan skyline and is only one subway stop from Grand Central Station. We offer a large open and bright space with 20' ceilings, a roof deck, and panoramic videos of Manhattan and downtown LIC. There is a large parking lot and dock access for commercial trucks. Additionally, the space has two 8-axis industrial robotic work cells that can be incorporated into film and photo shoots for a flat fee.

Welcome to our dance studio, a perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, and more. Our studio features a long mirror and high ceilings, providing ample space for a variety of activities. The studio is bathed in natural light, but can also be completely darkened to suit your needs. A door leads directly to the street, offering easy access and convenience. We are happy to rent out the space for rehearsals, photoshoots, and as a rest area for production companies filming in our area who need additional space for makeup, hair, and catering. In addition to this, we are open to dance rehearsals, acting, singing, musicals, various performances, and even acrobatics and aerial performances, as equipment can be hung from the ceiling.
