It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision. Please host your event in our open social spaces, on the extra large and deep deck or the 1 acre garden. Contact us for any questions. We like to make your event special.

This website only allows 20 pics, so it's not possible to show all the details. Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour. The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered. Extensive Garden + Grounds Two dining rooms Two foyers Living room All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval. Rules: 1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect. 2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom. 6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk. 10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings. 11) Please clean up after yourselves.

Flexible gallery space, perfect for production and content creation such as photoshoots, video shoots, and podcasting, as well as client and team meetings, workshops, and trainings. Pop-ups to allow local online customers to have a pick-up location and save money on shipping fees. Due to Covid space fits 4-8 seated or 3 customers standing and can be rearranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs. High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, industrial aesthetic with welcoming vibes surrounded by colorful local seasonal art that is changed out at the beginning of each season. Space offers Wifi, adjustable height tables, stools/chairs. Upstairs loft space is available for an extra fee and is perfect for a DJ or small lounge area overlooking the main space. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. Catering through off-site vendor partners available upon request, ask for details. There is a sink, toaster oven, and bathroom available as well. A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent on weekdays, some evenings, and weekends. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking a couple of blocks up. The space is also accessible by bus and streetcar. We recommend inquiries and/or site visits prior to booking so we can suggest set up and get a clear understanding of your needs.

Bright art gallery filled with live plants + minimal furniture located in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes. This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs that is already in the space for your use. JBL speaker + wifi are available upon request. Security cameras are on site. You are welcome to supply alcohol and food on your own. No alcohol/ food minimums and flexible rental hours. In addition to the rental rate, I have a $150 cleaning fee associated with all rentals. This covers the cost for a cleaner to service the space after your rental and remove all trash. Questions? This 1300 square foot corner loft is a bright space with 20ft floor to ceiling windows on two walls. East and South facing, lighting is ideal for photo and video shoots as well as events of all kinds. Occupied by two artist/designers, the apartment has various spaces within offering a variety of vintage inspired sets. The upstairs living area/VIP lounge overlooks the main room which consists of two additional seating areas, dance floor, bar, kitchen, and a funky music studio with daybed. The studio is separated by a velvet curtain that can be open or closed. For private events, the Loft can comfortably hold up to 75 guests with a bathroom on each floor. The massive walls are covered with immersive art installations and psychedelic inspired paintings and sculptures. For an additional fee media can be projected onto the walls. The railing contains sound reactive LEDs that track from the bottom on the stairs to the top of the Loft. Additionally, there is a 500 square foot balcony with ample seating, fire-pit, and heater over looking Bay View with visibility of the Bay to the East, Bernal Heights to the West, and beautiful mountains to the South. Combined with dozens of plants, the loft feels like an overgrown gallery/night club from the 70s.

2600 sqft studio theater with 1300 sqft sprung stage floor and risers w/ seating for 50-60. We are an intimate venue for performance and events of all kinds. Suitable for dance, performance art, small theater, salons, pop up, fashion shows, music videos, and anything you can imagine! Our 20' west facing windows allow for wonderful natural light and plenty of theater and strobe lighting for photo and video work. We have a small kitchen facility and a functioning clawfoot tub and shower. One bathroom ADA accessible.
