Rate quoted is for up to 5 people. Each added person is $10 per hour.
The following spaces are included. OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, ONLY if agreed to in writing. Anything not agreed to in writing cannot be filmed, or entered.

All interior spaces described are on the same floor. All other spaces and floors cannot be entered without prior written approval.
Rules:
1) Please keep in mind that people live in the mansion and treat them with respect.
2) While your rental allows access to the rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time.
3) The foyers are the most difficult place to shoot, because they are needed for passage between rooms. If you elect to shoot in a foyer, please be respectful of the residents' need to pass through.
4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents.
5) Out of respect for residents, please use ONLY the basement bathroom.
6) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement.
7) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos.
8) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal.
9) Owner may provide rights to film some of the artwork, without charge. To be filmed, this artwork must be explicitly stated, in writing. Filming any artwork or copyrighted material without owner’s written approval is at your own legal risk.
10) Anyone not on camera shall wear shoe coverings.
11) Please clean up after yourselves.
Hello, thanks for looking at our place. The house's simple and timeless design evolves around sunlight, enjoyment of nature and symbolizes the famous modern California lifestyle in its best form. It was built in 1963 and has a few mid-century modern touches, but still feels as fresh as 1963. It is a great backdrop for many event and production types and is easy to adjust for your specific needs or style vision.

Weekdays: 8+ hr bookings are available M-F 6am-12 am for corporate meetings, photo shoots, video productions, pop ups, retreats, think tanks, photo shoots and more!

My space is mainly a photoshoot location with Modern, Moroccan, and Minimalist Mexican elements, but also be used for select small events. It also has a white marble island in the kitchen, perfect for cooking/catering content creation. You'll love the space for all of your content creation needs!
A very large studio (43' x 35') available with sprung Marley dance floors, mirrors, barres, sound system, TV, and a piano. Lots of natural light from windows and skylights.
Great for dance, theatre, or photography and has been in the arts community for decades! Could be used for events and meetings as well.
We are a lighting and sound company so if you need any special lights or sound equipment and a technician to run them, we've got you covered!

DJs are allowed but subject to sound check as SF guideline allows sound to only be within 5 decibels above ambient sound in the area (decibel meter on site).

Located on the main commercial street in Bernal Heights: Cortland Ave., this flexible neighborhood studio/gallery space is ideal for art shows, community events, meetings, seminars, fitness classes, workshops, pop-ups and much more! The space is designed with versatility in mind and anything can be moved around to fit your needs.
The venue boasts a large open studio room with 15 ft high ceilings and large bay windows. A built-in ledge lines the perimeter of the room and acts as faux bench seating for guests to sit and mingle. We also have 24 folding chairs, 4 large folding tables, 4 small folding tables and a variety of random sized stools and benches for use at no additional charge. Additional seating is made by the large bay window sills.
Past the main room, there is a small stage area for performances, presentations, or talks. As you make your way to the back of the venue, there is a lounge room with custom built-in, orange cushioned, bench seating for guests to gather more intimately. There is a window cutout in this room so guests still feel part of the action in the main room.
The room in the very back is our kitchen. We have a full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, tea kettle, sink, cabinets and countertop. Coffee & tea is complementary. You are welcome to have food catered, or use the refrigerator to store drinks and snacks, although the space is not set up for cooking. The space has one bathroom with a large sink .
The location is extremely walkable. There's several restaurants and bars on Cortland Ave. to enjoy before or after your event. We highly recommend Piqueos (Peruvian,) Vega (Italian) for dinner and Holy Water (right next door to us) for craft beer & cocktails. Bernal Heights is known for it's village-like, laid-back vibe and strong sense of community.
The venue is dog friendly and we welcome well behaved, potty trained, doggy guests. Not only is the space dog friendly, it is also the home of Sarah Zemunski Photography, Fine Art Dog Portraits.
The space is a 25,000 SF museum / event space located in Martinez, CA, and showcases original Cobra’s, Shelby Mustangs, Daytona Coupe, GT40, King Cobra, Sunbeam Tigers and a Lotus. The facility is available to rent for events and can accommodate up to 300 people. The theater seats up to 40 and offers 7.1 audio, and there is a board room/library for small groups, and a lounge that seats up to 80 that adjoins the large covered patio area and kitchen.
This is a large event space and ideal venue in a convenient location of San Francisco to host your next event. With plenty of free and un-metered street parking in this Sunnyside neighborhood, you can get all your equipment in and out of this space with ease. Well trained pets are welcomed!
Once inside, you will be wowed with plenty of natural sunlight, soaring pitched high ceilings, and a large floor space. There are plentiful seating accommodations available in this event venue including dining room table, folding tables and a Ping-Pong table that can be removed. There is also an ADA bathroom. Additionally, event bookers have the option to book the kitchen as an add-on. Kitchen is an additional $175 an hour, otherwise it is not available and will be closed during your event. The overall size of the spaces available for booking add up to 1500 square feet.
