Remote controlled window shades will ensure you get the exact amount of light you need. A large, organically shaped conference table sits in the center of the room with a series of paper lanterns over head as the statement light fixture. Individual workstations and two lounge areas sit along the edges of the room. Ergonomic office chairs throughout. Numerous potted plants and a small fountain create the perfect ambiance. Mid-century lounge chairs are comfortable and cozy. Kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, sink, and seating for four located in a separate room. Two private bathrooms located off of the kitchenette. This location is available ONLY on Saturdays and Sundays.

This gym is an open floor plan with 2000 square feet of floor space. it's the perfect venue for your fitness related photo, film and video shoots. It has a clean industrial/ modern look to it. We have boxing bags, rowers, assault bikes, free weights, Kettlebells, dumbbells, including big industrial fans and other functional fitness equipment. Essentially everything you need for a great fitness shoot. The gym has great natural light, that can be controlled through blinds. 4 bathrooms and 2 showers as well as front desk area. *Professional Trainer can be on site to ensure proper form and technique is being used while staying safe! Our film and photo studio was recently converted from a beachy bungalow, and boasts great natural light and a prime location. The studio is only one block away from the beaches of Santa Monica. The world famous Santa Monica Pier is less than a mile away, and Venice Beach and the 3rd Street Promenade are one mile away. The studio includes a small kitchen as well as a restroom, a driveway, and a quaint backyard.
