You'll love my home because it has great light. Our kitchen is designed with marble, brass and beautiful light fixtures. The kitchen and living room have high ceilings. The house, while classic, has a modern feel and design. We have an open backyard with decking, grass and patio adorned with modern furniture.

This incredible open kitchen sets the perfect backdrop for cooking demos, tv shows, and so much more. Miele appliances (double oven, gas stove top, and double fridge) anchor the space for a high end cooking experience. A spacious 10' island with built in gas stove top offers plenty of counter space for chopping, prepping, and displaying kitchen appliances and gadgets. The oven features a variety of cooking settings including roasting, baking, steaming, bread proofing, broiling and more. The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for a variety of shoot settings. Behind the main kitchen is a hidden prep kitchen with an additional set of appliances (another gas range, fridge, dishwasher and more storage space) perfect to keep all the mess away from the camera.

We actually have 2 locations. One in Sant Monica and one in Brentwood. Both are boxing gyms which includes all equipment - heavy bags, weights, med balls, treadmills, weight rooms, etc. Both locations are great for photoshoots and video shoots or to rent for larger classes/events.

Our amazing space is located in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica. This gym is an open floor plan with 2000 square feet of floor space. it's the perfect venue for your fitness related photo, film and video shoots. It has a clean industrial/ modern look to it. We have boxing bags, rowers, assault bikes, free weights, Kettlebells, dumbbells, including big industrial fans and other functional fitness equipment. Essentially everything you need for a great fitness shoot. The gym has great natural light, that can be controlled through blinds. 4 bathrooms and 2 showers as well as front desk area. *Professional Trainer can be on site to ensure proper form and technique is being used while staying safe! My space has a very welcoming, calming and open feel to it with concrete floors, industrial track lighting, tall ceilings and sky lights. For the month of December it will be empty, perfect for a pop-up opportunity!

Our space is totally unique. We normally function as a boxing gym, but have held fundraisers, had DJs and catering, hosted kids birthday parties, hosted adult birthday parties (some guys wanted to play poker while sitting in the boxing ring watching a UFC fight on TV), and have had many video shoots and photoshoots. It definitely has the feel of an old school boxing gym, but with high ceilings and a ton of natural light. We are also located about a mile from the beach.

If that $500,000 limit is not scheduled on the umbrella, then it is likely that you only have a $500,000 Insurance limit to rebuild the house if it is destroyed it for any reason.
