A retreat an hour or so from Silicon Valley, San Jose, Santa Cruz, and SFO. People have had family gatherings, birthday celebrations, corporate meetings, great conversations on the porches, in the kitchen, and in front of the fireplace in the winter. Pretty much anywhere on the property. Oh, and great long distance views. Great place for thinking, writing and writing code. Lots of open Space for hiking and biking nearby.

This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay. Our studio is perfect for product shoots, small fashion shoots, creative projects, and small meetings/events.
We are in walking distance to downtown Campbell which has lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
We allow renters to use our prop collection which includes several backgrounds, fabric, plates, cups, plants, wooden boxes, and much more. Our collection of 53” seamless is available for an additional $35 fee. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. Props and backgrounds/colors are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking if you need something specific.
On the studio side, there is 550sf of space with 8.5’ ceilings. There is an additional 500sf of space on the office side that may be rented for an additional fee depending on availability.
Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer one parking spot in the covered parking area. If you have more than one car, we ask that you utilize the free street parking, or the Second Street Parking Garage which offers free 10 hour parking and is a 6 minute walk away. There are also several bus stops close by, and we are just a 10 minute walk from the downtown Campbell light rail station.
**Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate.
Please return the studio to the exact condition you found it in. If the studio is not clean after use and if props are not returned there will be an additional $100 fee.
If your project requires more than 5 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge for every extra person. Please, try staggering call times so that the space doesn't get overcrowded.
Rentals include the equipment listed below, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer as long as you protect the gear that is here.

My space is a modern house, an ultimate designer retreat with modern architectural features, creative indoor and outdoor spaces, open floor plans & lots of natural light

Our space is located in a 7,800 sq. ft space. Our space consist of 4,000 sq. ft of office space with multiple offices, editing suites, common/waiting area and themed rooms. Our studio includes a 32′ x 30′ cyclorama wall with a power grid of 16 x 30 amp edison outlets and a 3 phase 100 amp breaker with cam lock. 24'x16' green screen with lighting grid, make-up/dressing area and kitchenette. Additionally, we provide a fully loaded 3 ton grip truck and a 1 ton sprinter van with numerous lighting packages available varying from Kino-Flo, Mole-Richardson, ETC and Arri lighting. With a convenient garage door connected to the studio, you can easily drive set pieces, grip trucks, or anything you’d like right into the studio.
The space is perfect for video shoots, photo shoots, events, classes, and workshops. Please contact us for further information. Contact us for a list of gear for rent on and off site. We can provide all staff/catering needs upon request.
We are located minutes away from major freeways (880/680) and 5-10 minute drive from BART. Any food/store you may need is also only a 5-10 minute drive.
Step into The Living Room, a warm and inviting space with a modern flair. Our 2,000 square foot event venue is characterized by comfortable lounge furniture and splashes of vibrant color, providing the feel of a living room while still being functional for meetings. It includes tables that sit 6-8 people each, three 70-inch screens with HDMI and Airplay hookups to display presentations, rolling whiteboards for brainstorming, lightning-fast wifi, a private entrance, outside seating, free on-site parking, and more. Need additional seating? We can change the layout to accommodate classroom, theater, and even custom arrangements for an additional fee.

The Living Room is great for off-site planning and team meetings, workshops, creative brainstorming sessions, lunch-and-learns, product demos, hack-a-thons and more! We invite you to come and take a look so you can get a feel for the space yourself, and learn more about why the Living Room would be the perfect space for your next corporate event. Prices start at $225/hr.
Amenities:
- Equipment: This space is equipped with courtesy wi-fi, monitors with HDMI and Airplay connectivity, a wireless speaker for music, dimmable lighting, and dry erase boards.
- Private Event Signage: Directional signage is provided to guide guests from the front entrance to the event space or at separate entrances for event.
- Private Entrance: Our facilities have a separate entrance to the space; courtesy parking around the building and on the street.
- Location: VTA buses and light rail a 5 minute walk; Caltrain is nearby, about 2 miles away down Mathilda Avenue.
-Room Breakdown Included: All bookings include a complimentary 30-minute setup period before booking begins and 30-minute teardown period after booking ends.

👥 Headcount: The Living Room can hold anywhere from 1-100 people. However, if you’re less than 16, we recommend checking out one of our more traditional meeting rooms as well for comparison, just let us know!
🕑 Booking Length & Rate: We require a minimum of 2 hours when booking. However, we have no cap or restriction on hours. Our listing's hourly rate applies to our regular business hours. Depending on your inquiry, you may be charged at one of the rates below:

41 - 75 - Weekday rate: $275/hr - Weekend rate: $350/hr

🛠 Setup: You can keep The Living Room as is or choose from one of our three layouts: Classroom, Auditorium, or Standing Party. Changes in set up incur a fee, starting at $75 and dependent on headcount. Need something custom? Please let us know what set up you need so we can make arrangements before your event!
💻 Equipment: The Living Room comes with wifi, 3 monitors on wheels equipped with Apple TV & HDMI hookups, speakers for music, dimmable mood lighting, and rolling whiteboards.

The venue is a fully equipped and professionally staffed multi-purpose space located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Built in 2014, the venue seats 140 people and features a beautiful modern interior, comfortable upholstered seats, complete theatrical lighting, concert-grade sound system, and high-definition digital projection. The space can convert from raked theatrical seating to a ballroom in a manner of minutes. The spacious foyer is also available for pre- and post-event functions. This flexible venue can accommodate a wide range of events, including Plays, Musicals, Art Exhibits, Concerts, Dance Performances, Ballet Recitals, Meetings, Fairs, Poetry, Fundraisers, Film Festivals, Independent Film Screenings, Film Shoots, Seminars, Lectures, and more.
We are a 1200sf photography studio located in Santa Clara California conveniently across the street from San Jose International airport. Our hourly or daily rentals include in-house grip and lighting gear. All you need is your camera and creativity! We offer a lounge area, makeup room, private bathroom, plenty of free and secure parking, free WiFi and beverage station. We are one of the few studios to offer a full cyclorama wall in the south bay. The wall measures, 22x20x14ft tall. We are located between two major freeways (280/880) with major hotels and restaurants nearby.
Our space is a Chic Modern Space with exposed wooden beams and a high ceiling. We can rearrange our table and chair set up as required by the said client and our open space including the kitchen area is 2300 sq ft. We're all about helping you have a successful event.
