We are a 1200sf photography studio located in Santa Clara California conveniently across the street from San Jose International airport. Our hourly or daily rentals include in-house grip and lighting gear. All you need is your camera and creativity! We offer a lounge area, makeup room, private bathroom, plenty of free and secure parking, free WiFi and beverage station. We are one of the few studios to offer a full cyclorama wall in the south bay. The wall measures, 22x20x14ft tall. We are located between two major freeways (280/880) with major hotels and restaurants nearby.

Our space is located in a 7,800 sq. ft space. Our space consist of 4,000 sq. ft of office space with multiple offices, editing suites, common/waiting area and themed rooms. Our studio includes a 32′ x 30′ cyclorama wall with a power grid of 16 x 30 amp edison outlets and a 3 phase 100 amp breaker with cam lock. 24'x16' green screen with lighting grid, make-up/dressing area and kitchenette. Additionally, we provide a fully loaded 3 ton grip truck and a 1 ton sprinter van with numerous lighting packages available varying from Kino-Flo, Mole-Richardson, ETC and Arri lighting. With a convenient garage door connected to the studio, you can easily drive set pieces, grip trucks, or anything you’d like right into the studio.

This lounge has a smart stage and can be easily remove along with all the furnishing if guests prefer empty. All TVs are smart, this location has a setup for open Mic Karaoke however can also be use for photo shoots, conference meetings and much more! Lounge is 2000 sq ft and in back Is another 2000 sq ft of open space that can be use for outside events or just parking for 9 cars.

The open plan kitchen with counter seating is perfect for caterers and for cooking demonstrations. Caterers and private chefs love it for making and displaying their menus. A rustic, repurposed barn plank table seats 12 comfortably. There are two living room areas plus a large office and an interior atrium that work beautifully as breakout rooms as well. There is also a lovely table with umbrella for 8 in the garden for meeting outside or dining alfresco.

Please communicate via messages about TOTAL number of people , type of event and etc. Rate posted is for 10 people. Each additional person , including any support support staff, is $50 per person. So will pay base rate PLUS $50 per each additional person over 10 people. So for example if base rate for event is $1000 and you want to have 40 people, you will pay $1500 MORE, for total of $2600. Plus you will need to get basic cleaning done yourself or by your crew - meaning to collect all garbage, put it in bags and REMOVE from property. We do not have commercial garbage dumpster.
No use of Sauna/BBQ system is included with this reservation (can be arranged with special deposit and extra large fee for use/cleanup). Not designed for overnight sleeping - no beds. We can provide one inflatable bed if needed.
