Flexible gallery space, perfect for production and content creation such as photoshoots, video shoots, and podcasting, as well as client and team meetings, workshops, and trainings. Pop-ups to allow local online customers to have a pick-up location and save money on shipping fees. Due to Covid space fits 4-8 seated or 3 customers standing and can be rearranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs. High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, industrial aesthetic with welcoming vibes surrounded by colorful local seasonal art that is changed out at the beginning of each season. Space offers Wifi, adjustable height tables, stools/chairs. Upstairs loft space is available for an extra fee and is perfect for a DJ or small lounge area overlooking the main space. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. Catering through off-site vendor partners available upon request, ask for details. There is a sink, toaster oven, and bathroom available as well. A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent on weekdays, some evenings, and weekends. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking a couple of blocks up. The space is also accessible by bus and streetcar. We recommend inquiries and/or site visits prior to booking so we can suggest set up and get a clear understanding of your needs.

This fabulous STOREFRONT is ideal for a pop-up shop, photo shoot, meeting space, content creation. This location is within Walking Distance to Pixar Studios, Downtown Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Children and Kaiser Hospitals. The Telegraph Avenue, Rockridge and Piedmont Shopping Districts, the W. MacArthur BART and Transit Village is Nearby. Easy Freeway Access to Interstates 580, 680, 880, and 24. It's just a 5-minute walk to the MacArthur B.A.R.T. station.

About the Space Our studio is perfect for music photo/video/film projects. The space is also great for private events, workshops, and pop-up shops. There are multiple immersive sets & backdrops within the space. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. Located within 1 block from beautiful Lake Merritt. Your prep/cleanup has to be WITHIN your booking period so please book accordingly. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no way to put a buffer in between booking here. Please ask to confirm. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate. Please no excessive noise outdoors, for respect to our neighbors. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in. Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props. If your project requires more than 7 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge. We recommend that you don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle (good practice in the bay area). No smoking. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee. No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, paint, or any loose substance without first notifying us, and having a proper art dept in place. For any substances that require extra cleaning, we charge an added cleaning fee of $100. We are not responsible for injuries. ABOUT: Hi there, I'm Bre.
