This is an industrial loft with exposed brick and a lot of charm! Right on the waterfront in Brooklyn, you have great views of Manhattan. We have plants, natural light, and desks + chairs in a design studio setting. Great as a backdrop for interviews, as well as filming where you need both a white wall space and a brick wall, since we have both you can create multiple atmospheres. We recently painted the floor a light grey color to brighten the space, and rearranged the furniture - so the images with the light floor are the most updated! Perfect for a "design studio" set, as this space functions as a design studio when not booked. Desks and chairs are in the space and available for use. Perfect for documentary interviews and we have done many in the space! Lots of character and there are brick walls as well as white walls. We are ok with flexible hours and late nights! The building has a lot of production going on so very production friendly, with two large elevators and a loading area. Freight elevator is 24/7 and loading area allows for temporary parking while unloading.

Our building has a huge elevator which makes it easy to bring furniture and gear upstairs. Our lighting equipment and gear are all FREE. We have 20 chairs available ($20 for 10) for rent and 5 tables ($10 each). Our space is 40 feet by 40 feet. There is free parking right outside our building all weekend. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event. NO DJS or DJ EQUIPMENT / Permission to serve alcohol is $100.
