Equipped with a Queen size bed, a full-size air mattress, and plenty of comfortable seating, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy in-room amenities such as a 32'' Smart TV, WiFi, hairdryer, iron, portable fan, and electric heater. A mini-fridge and microwave are provided, but please note that there is a hotplate but no full kitchen available. The large private bathroom features a full-size bathtub and a mirror.

Feel free to do any replacement or removal of furniture or plants around - I just kindly ask you to be extra careful <3 We have a beautifully designed contemporary fireplace. All the walls are white including the ceiling. The light in the morning floods into the room. NOTE: The price in the description is for the use of one room (living room or bedroom) if you wish to shoot in both rooms there is an extra fee of U$50. Our space is situated just an 8-minute walk from the Halsey stop on the L train and thus close to many restaurants/ bars/supermarkets in the area.

Originally a one-story auto-repair shop, now converted to 3 family apartments over 5 floors, you cannot miss this spectacular building from the street. Our unique and spacious 2.5 bed apartment occupies the 3rd story, where large windows at both the front and back allow for plenty of light throughout the day. The high ceilings, exposed brick, steel beams and poured concrete columns are just some of the features of our architects' signature style, but what really elevates this space are the high-end interior finishes and eclectic mix of vintage and custom-made contemporary furniture, which combine to bring you a shoot space unlike any other!

This 3-story, 1890's Brooklyn Brownstone is a beautiful mix of original victorian details and modern furniture available for television, film and photo shoots. Exterior shooting is available on request. There are two units in the building -- an upper duplex and garden apartment. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE UPSTAIRS DUPLEX UNIT ONLY. The downstairs unit is available upon request for an additional hourly rate. Please inquire if interested. The Top Floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first Bedroom is a large master bedroom with white marble mantle and southern exposure, which brings a ton of incredible natural light that gets filtered through the large oak tree in the back yard. There is also another large bedroom with white marble mantle that is set up as a nursery. The Parlor floor is especially stunning with 10-foot ceilings, 8 ft windows with original details at the front and back, a working stone fireplace and an abundance of details including an elegantly moody bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot tub. The formal dining room on this floor features a 9-foot long slab table with 8 wishbone style chairs. The bottom unit (not included in this listing but available on request for an additional fee) on the garden level is set up as a living room/office with large eat-in vintage beadboard clad kitchen and back patio complete with bluestone pavers. Other conveniences of this location are the multiple modes of transportation, large entryway doors for loading in and an abundance of natural light throughout the house. The entire building is available for rent and has been featured in fashion editorials, cover shoots, independent films and commercial shoots.

Featured in a design magazine, the space is newly re-designed with a unique, minimal and contemporary feel. The light-filled space has a large south-facing window overlooking Brooklyn from over 30 floors. The living area has a collection of designer furniture and features a neutral color environment with the owner's collection of sculptures, artifacts and artwork. There is an open kitchen with a large island which can be great for food-related photo/video shoots. There is also an area of the space that is a beautiful dark green color, with a custom made matching room divider, which can be used as a backdrop option. Another area has dark blue walls and can also be used as a unique backdrop. The space is great for small gatherings, photoshoots, influencer content, video etc. All props, and furniture usage are included in the rental fee (some artwork on the walls may have to be removed for commercial usage). I will welcome you upon arrival for easy entry and access and provide a comforting environment during your event by answering any questions, needs etc. There is also homemade coffee and tea available all day. By default, me and my small dog will be present to oversee the event, but will remain out of your way. If a private event is requested - it can be prearranged for us to leave after welcoming you. I am a photographer and designer and can happily be as much or as little involved in your event as you would like. Footies will be provided so shoes can be worn; all furniture, props art etc can be moved around so long as it is returned to its original position at the end of the event. Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during the event. It is really a beautiful space which I would love to share with you for your next shoot/event!
