This 3-story, 1890's Brooklyn Brownstone is a beautiful mix of original victorian details and modern furniture available for television, film and photo shoots. Exterior shooting is available on request. There are two units in the building -- an upper duplex and garden apartment. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE UPSTAIRS DUPLEX UNIT ONLY. The downstairs unit is available upon request for an additional hourly rate. Please inquire if interested. The Top Floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
