About our space: There are many plants and unique art including an astrological clock that we have made and collected over the years. We custom built the space and hope that you can feel the care put into the flow and look of the space. If you have more than 10 people or an 8 hour plus booking, we require a $250 security deposit in addition to the cost of the booking. The deposit will be fully refunded by us within one day of your booking, provided there are no damages to the space or extra time. We do not allow any drinking of alcohol in our space without making prior arrangements to hire one of our staff members to be present. 11-15 people charged at $145ph for photoshoots. Events on evenings and Weekends are $200ph and can have up to 30 people.

Now this amazing space is available to rent for the public ; For corporate events, fashion show, photo/video shooting, exclusive private party and events. It's a glamorous loft with full of art collections, including Picasso, Basquat paintings and vintage furniture and is beautifully decorated by curators of MoMA. It's 1st floor street level, two story loft space, total 3000sq/f, 19f high ceiling. First floor is living/dining/gallery/lounge. Below floor is two private rooms with another lounge area. It's originally made for an exclusive private art club for VIPs in art. We still do high end art-related events and shows for the members. We can either simply just rent you our space and you'll do the rest or we can help organize your special event as per your request (separate fees). Our space is in the middle of an artist community and in the coolest spot where all of the parties and music scene are.

Designed and built as an experiment in the possibilities of loft living, surreality and commercial space, The Love Shack is one open main space with other small spaces inside the two human-size dollhouses, creating a unique Alice in Wonderland magical experience. In this unique loft conversion almost every piece of furniture you see is an original design or an antique that has been heavily modified and restored. Max capacity 50 standing, no more than 40 recommended. Casual seating around the space for up to 25, including the possibility of a formal dining setup for 10. (Alternatively, folding table and chairs may be brought in to seat 20 for dinner parties at additional cost.) Full working kitchen. Excellent sound system connects via Bluetooth. HD video projection on to 7ft x 4ft screen via HDMI, Thunderbolt or Display Port from your laptop or phone. ------ House Rules: Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for setup and cleanup. Trash and recyclables must be separated and left bagged up in the garden to avoid additional garbage handling fee. Everything else brought into the space must be removed by the end time. $750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following event, pending no damages or overtime. Overtime is strict and charged per half hour or part thereof. No smoking of any kind indoors, that is welcome in the garden only. Absolutely no use of smoke/haze/mist/fog machines. No use of decorations or anything else that sheds glitter please. House speakers are for use connecting to phone or laptop only, DJs must bring and use their own equipment. ------ We look forward to helping you create your magical event here!

This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

This unique, peaceful, plant-filled place with high ceilings (14") is located in the heart of Williamsburg and is the perfect space for productions, shoots and small, intimate events - baby showers, book clubs and wine tastings, anyone looking for a unique and vibrant feel. The location is very close to river front, domino park, cafes, restaurants, bars and many nightlife venues. The unit has a 1000 Sq Ft open layout, fully furnished that is used to host events and has an alcove sleeping area. The windows offer lots of sunlight and partial views of the NYC Skyline. The space is filled with art and has plenty of entertainment options like board games, PlayStation, large television, portable table tennis, a record player, and lots of books. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all utensils, a full-size fridge, and a coffee corner complete with a coffee maker, toaster oven, and kettle. 2 separate work-from-home setups with large monitors, desks, ergonomic Steelcase chairs, and great WiFi (Verizon FiOS).

You will love my space! It is large and cozy. Furniture can easily be moved around. Arched windows and exposed bricks with timber beams make it charming and an amazing back drop for photography, films, or cooking hosting a fantastic event. Dinner parties work well and there are two private bedrooms for dressing or privacy. Bathroom has been renovated this year, Central heat is working and wifi and smart tv with sounds bar and speakers are available.

Welcome to our gorgeous space! We proudly present a 1200 square foot space with exposed brick and huge white walls, with several beautiful plants, a fantastic leather armchair and a sensational velvet sofa. We offer twenty 9-foot seamless papers for you to choose from, plus Profoto equipment like the D1 and softboxes, reflectors and umbrellas at no charge! We have 40 chairs and 4 tables available for rent as well for any event you'd like to do, whether it's a baby shower, dinner or party. We do assess a $50 cleaning fee for any event.
