Our state of the art sound and recording studio has multiple purposes. A spacious room with couches, coffee tables, a sound proof booth and multiple speakers/monitors. Our bookings include an engineer. We carry multiple microphones so we are able to handle a single recording session or an entire podcast. For podcast we can record both the sound and video and let our experts do all of the editing for you. Food and drink delivery from dozens of restaurants in the area.

Our rooftop, located just a block away from the East River, provides excellent views of the Manhattan Skyline from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Williamsburg Bridge. If you're looking for a raw space with a long, uninterrupted view of Manhattan, this is the perfect location for you. Accessible via car and Public Transportation (York Street F Train, High Street A & C Train, 67 Bus)

Outside catering and delivery is allowed. Rooftop access for smoking. Please stay within your space during the booking. No Confetti. If confetti is found and not cleaned up will be an automatic $100 cleaning fee.
