We're very comfortable with film, television, video, and commercial shoots. We've designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have an actor holding area for you to use. You may borrow our film shoot floor mats, tables, and folding chairs. Lots of places to hang wardrobe. We have power on the outside of the house so you can easily light from inside and outside. Surfaces to the windows are flat ground-perfect to place light stands. We offer a free meeting or rehearsal in the space the week of your shoot. We want your shoot to go as smoothly as possible. All hardwood floors. We provide work floor mats free of charge. No overnight shoots. Wrap by 10:30pm and be off the premise by 11pm.

Large Burbank Pool and Backyard. We are renting out primarily the backyard and pool. We have a large lap pool that is 36 feet long and 9 feet deep. Solar heated to 85 degrees. Swim, grill, and relax in the total privacy of the lush back yard, covered terrace, and passion fruit vines and apple tree. We have five chickens also in the backyard. The front yard has large garden beds, fruit trees (apples, figs, passion fruit vine, vegetable bed), and the separate garage has been renovated as a living room space. If you rent the pool area, you may use the bathroom in the backhouse. There is parking for two cars in the private driveway. The entire lot is over 6,000 square feet. However, if the rental is more than 20 hours, then we can also rent out our home. This light and bright home has a great layout and has been completely remodeled with bamboo floors and recessed lighting. The living room has a wood burning / gas fireplace and opens up to the recently remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cooking equipment.
