Beautiful and newly renovated space just a block off Beverly Hills with beautiful and green outdoor patio that comfortably seats 10 (if you bring your own tables or we bring inside tables outside we could fit 30 people outside in a row!). Please keep in mind, the total size of the space is approx. 2400sqft, but the kitchen space accounts for approximately 1000sqft which gives you about 1400sqft to dance, hold meetings or have a lovely dinner. The space is a café with comfortable brown leather seats, tiled flooring and typical office lights above (which can give off harsh lighting). However! We are happy to help you transform this space into anything you dream of - just ask us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible. Like bringing softer lighting for a dinner. Inside seating with our tables and chairs seats 30-35 people depending on table and seating choice. If you bring your own tables you could fit approximately 60 people depending on your table and seating choice. Standing room only the space can fit approx. 100 people and still have some room. Great for a dance floor, a bar set up or a performance. During the week this is a fully operational café so we have a hooded kitchen with commercial equipment for cooking and cleaning. Unfortunately, our kitchen can only be used by those who are certified in food handling due to Public Health concerns, but we are more than happy to provide catering with trained staff upon request and wait staff to help you service your event. We have packages available if you book extras such as staff or catering. We also have bartenders! We sell chips, chocolate, candies, pastries and drinks and would be more than happy to put together a package for your event.

We provide all the equipment with an easy QR code song selector that allows you to find that perfect song for your perfect performance with any phone. Casino Games: Turn your party into a casino night! We offer blackjack and poker table rentals, professional dealers, and everything you need to host your own private casino party. Inquire about pricing and details. House Rules: Productions & filming have a 1 hour minimum. ALL EVENTS have a 4 hour minimum requirement. No smoking, animals, or fire. Space is limited to 30 max people for events. Alcohol not provided. Guests must provide their own alcohol. All events offering bar service are required to hire one of our bartenders at $25/hour + tips. Outside catering is ok! No food allowed inside the speakeasy. We also require a $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any possible damages or overages. The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours from the close of the event unless damages have been reported. When booking your event please be sure to include time for set-up and break-down if needed. There are no early entries. If capacity is exceeded we will charge $30/person over the allowed capacity, and shut down the door if needed.

My space is a unique European style restaurant/venue in an historic building with both indoors and outdoors. With 10,000sqft of total space suitable for small and large events and filming productions.

This Venue has been used for film, It is a big open space with two bars and a dance floor and a dj booth. It has screens that can be used to show anything you want and led lighting that can provide perfect lighting and any color you would like. It is a beautiful space to have your event, film, tv, etc.. this space can be used for many different things.

We are located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Our restaurant is truly unique as it has an art gallery attached to it. Until we are ready to open to the public, we are looking to rent out our beautiful, classic building to others for their needs. We have the original brick wall, that we have preserved to be one of our walls running behind the bar and along the front seating area. We have giant front windows and door, as well as a sky light which provides amazing lighting. Such a an amazing place to have a photo shoot, film, and even host an event.
