Not your typical thrown together set.....& I actually love it when productions come. So many unique projects have been done here it amazes me. Mechanic shop/gas station, cars, a very used abandoned trailer, one industrial building, shipping containers (with roof and some interior access), a burned out truck, a car graveyard, fire damaged areas, open areas, 4 secluded canyons, pepper trees, a beautiful desert mountain background, with golden (or green) hillsides, for that "Afghanistan look". Make a pond, make a store, Its really a wonderful creative playground that you have to come see for yourself. This mountain range allows for 360 views, and peaceful shooting. Visual backdrops are good for fashion, clothing brands, we are at 8 features filmed here as of 2024 and previously in "True Lies" with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the full scale fighter Jet green screen shots were filmed here. Everything on location is purposefully aged auditioned for charactor and very real We are ready for short productions or multi day shoots, we are simultaneously a base camp and filming area with plenty of room for crew, equipment, parking and craft services on this 8.5 acres property.

1920's exposed brick building meets luxury-simplicity. This private outdoor space is surrounded by 20-30 foot walls, with exposed brick, large windows, artwork, and various scenes/settings. Enter through gates to a 300 sq foot area with a dessert feel (decomposed granite flooring, and dessert / cactus plant scene); the next 400 sq feet offers a more modern vibe with cement flooring interspersed with river pebbles, 2 extra large gray umbrellas that juxtapose the extra large black window along the exposed brick wall and a cream-painted 30 foot wall on the other side with plants. A glass dining table and chairs are available. The final 300 sq feet transports you to the Mediterranean, with an Italian / Greek mural that draws you in, surrounded by natural plants including gorgeous passion fruit vines, and presented with a pebble rock / beachy floor. Chairs and table are available. The art mural can be covered by your own make-shift artwork and allows you to transform the space to any number of settings from around the world. A truly unique space, perfect for photo, audition or video shoots! Approximately 1,000 sq feet of additional space is available for private parking and can accommodate a trailer or truck (available on weekends only). Hundreds of public parking spots are adjacent and available all week with 4 hour free parking. An indoor kitchen can be made available for an additional fee, depending on the hours.

My space is always well lit from sun up to sun down. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It does not include tables or chairs. You will need to bring everything needed. If power is needed, please bring extension cord.

My outdoor space has greenery, greenery, greenery! Looking up from the main entertaining patio, all one can see are palms, bamboo, succulents with 5 private decks hiding in between. High in the hills, this is Silver Lake cool. Absolutely perfect for photo shoots if looking for a tropical feel. the 80 + concrete steps we call the stairway to heaven add a strong architectural feel which offers a stark juxtaposed visual.
