Our space is totally unique. We normally function as a boxing gym, but have held fundraisers, had DJs and catering, hosted kids birthday parties, hosted adult birthday parties (some guys wanted to play poker while sitting in the boxing ring watching a UFC fight on TV), and have had many video shoots and photoshoots. It definitely has the feel of an old school boxing gym, but with high ceilings and a ton of natural light. We are also located about a mile from the beach.

This newly built gym is perfect for fitness influencers! The space can accommodate for photoshoots, commercials and social media content. Gym Includes: Private entrance, basketball court, built in ground trampoline, weight sets, boxes, sauna, huge walk-in shower, stair master, rollers, punching bag, weight bench and flat screen TV.

The gym is used on a daily for customers. We are an appointment only gym. We have the leisure to rent out space on the weekends and weekdays. The space is perfect for photoshoots and film. Anyone in the fitness world from athletes, fitness models or a clothing line this place will be ideal.

Polo Club Stables Lighted Arena, horse corals and barns This is a full polo club with a huge lighted arena that could have many uses or for parking and staging. Polo office, club house, view decks. Also rows of stables that could also double for racing stables. A mechanical horse in a cage for practice. Chickens, barns, corals and horses stalls. The polo club is adjacent to the Red Barn, a western horse ranch, so both locations can be included in the rental. The red barn contains additional more western style barns and stables. There happens to be a concrete tunnel under a road on the property. Lots of open dirt space for shooting or parking. Very easy to get to, close to freeway and well within studio zone. Plenty of parking. Red Barn, Western Stables, Saloon, Corals, Cottages, Tunnel Road overpass, Polo arena Great Western looking ranch with large red barn saloon type building and other red barns. Also has cottages that could double as beach cottages and an under road concrete tunnel overpass. Tons of space and several blocks of stables. Can use horses. This is a horse rental facility and also has private boarders. It is huge with open spaces for parking and shooting. One stable block was built for a movie and has better sound proof roof. Stables can look Western or English. A block of “cottages” are actually tack rooms but they are in a row with numbers and can easily double as holiday cottages. Large dirt arenas. Front of the property has large red barn looking, can easily be decorated for old west or current day Midwest. There is a concrete tunnels under the road, great for shooting tunnel shots. Trails into the mountains. Lots of horses available, plus a donkey, chickens and more. Nice walled in picnic area used for summer camps. Large farm equipment and hay storage. Some private boarders and riders on the property, you would need their permission if you want to film them, most are very friendly. Adjacent to Polo club, which we have listed separately on here since it has a different look, but renter can use both areas. Polo club includes huge arena that can also be a staging area. Very easy to get to, close to freeway and well within studio zone. Plenty of parking.

Shooting Range Ranch Perfect for late night parties & music festivals with Stage and Rustic Outdoor Dining, Surrounded by mountains and hidden away Also great for filming This is a clay skeet outdoor shooting ranch, but it is an amazing location for parties, events, DJs, Late night music and festivals. You are in a sound proof canyon, during the day is gun shooting so no one to complain about loud night music. The clay skeet is shut down after 5pm. So great to have a party 5pm til 7am. You can also arrange to have private clay shooting opened solely for your guests (great birthday, bachelor party, team event). But you can be at the ranch at any time 24hrs and for set up. Can also add a mechanical bull. Outdoor picnic area seats 100 where they serve ranch style dinners. More tables and chairs can be added. You can do your own catering or they can provide. You can bring your own food and drinks and alcohol, or we can work out a per plate if you wish their food (ranch style) or we can sell food to your guests, just ask if you are interested in food. There is a huge solid /stage about 30ft long, 12tf high, which is a skeet shooting platform but great for DJs and live bands and you can decorate to create a great music stage. With parking cars on site it fits about 200 people with cars. Parking is also available close by which we can arrange and then could fit 400+ people onsite. Possible overnight RVs and camping. Great trails into the mountains for tents. Large his and hers bathroom building plus a porta potty. Open parking lots and open spaces. Children are allowed on the property. Over 10 years can shoot with supervision. No person can shoot after consuming alcohol or marijuana, so if you want to shoot, party after! Great mountain views. Mountain trails. Skeet shooting stations and look out deck over looking views of the valley and mountains. Other outdoor buildings. Quiet road leading up to property. Plenty of parking on site. In Sylmar, 30 mins to Hollywood, easy to get to, no dirt roads. Shooting Range, Country Store, Mountains, hideaway This is a clay outdoor shooting range for filming. Mountain views, trails, a gun shop that can double as many types of country stores or golf club. Outdoor picnic area seats 100 where they serve ranch style dinners. Open parking lots and open spaces with great mountain views. Mountain trails. Skeet shooting stations and look out deck over looking views of the valley and mountains. Other outdoor buildings. Quiet road leading up to property. Plenty of parking on site. In Sylmar, well within the studio zone. Can offer lunch catering for films. Shooting clay skeet can be included in a party or filming. NOTE THERE IS FREQUENT SHOOTING GUN NOISE FROM 7am to 5pm and Wednesday evenings. Even if this site stopped for filming there are several shooting ranges close by and you will hear gun shots. Therefore, filming with sound is best from 5pm to 7am and not Wednesdays. You are welcome to film anytime however. This property is private and hidden away so fine for music.

You will love my space for any type of exercise or an event that you just need open space. Very quiet area and close parking.

3500 sq. ft., newly renovated warehouse with 15+ ft. ceilings, gated parking, ample lighting, and two large roll up doors for easy access. An ideal space for: personal training, group classes, and photo/film shoots. It features an open floor plan, private office, two full bathrooms, kitchenette, a Bluetooth sound system, and full compliment of free weights and functional workout gear. A specific equipment list is available upon request. Rates varied based on use and party size, (additional cleaning fee applies to parties of five or more).

We actually have 2 locations. One in Sant Monica and one in Brentwood. Both are boxing gyms which includes all equipment - heavy bags, weights, med balls, treadmills, weight rooms, etc. Both locations are great for photoshoots and video shoots or to rent for larger classes/events.

We offer the only privately owned regulation gym in Los Angeles complete with Shot clocks, scoreboards, locker rooms and team rooms. Many professional players that play in our gym always say the same thing: we have the best playing floor in Los Angeles. Our space is perfect for sporting events as well as filming and huge private parties are our speciality. We even have an old world library, coaches offices and classrooms. We also frequently host parties of up to 600 people for weddings, church events and Quinceañeras.

Single and double rooms can be decorated as stark hospital or as more decorative senior living. Nurse station. Wide hall ways. Central dining, industrial laundry and commercial kitchen. This is occupied by a small number of residents (about 5) and 3 staff. You will need to work around those residents however it is almost entirely available and they love shoots. You cannot shoot the residents without their permission, which will probably be willingly granted. Large outdoor private courtyard, walled in with commercial looking picnic tables. Small hospital looking entrance. Circular driveway, easy ambulance access.

My Space is mobile, one of the first of it's kind. It is multipurpose. You choose the location the space is fully self powered (although landline power is a option for quieter and longer engagements). We provide all the technology you would need for your event (wifi, laptops, 13 monitors, video consoles and games etc). we also provide the capability to stream your event. This puts you in total control of your meetings, product displays, digital entertainment and media presentations. You choose when and where we handle the rest.

My space is an academy/school as well as a indoor shooting range for all law enforcement personnel and those who want to become an officer or security guard/officer. Handcuffing or baton training, livescan and state of the art virtual shooting facility.
