Our 5000 square foot space features an open floor plan and modular design that can be configured to nearly any arrangement. The building is ground level and has two garage doors for easy loan-in. We have high ceilings with lots of natural light that can be blacked out if needed. Our space has 200 amps of 3phase power with plenty of outlets. 6 rolling gallery walls are available to customize your setup.

Built in 1906 to power the famous Yellow Cars of the Los Angeles Railway, this loft-like landmark features arched windows, original brickwork, polished concrete floors, and sweeping 45-foot ceilings with exposed beams. Welcome to our 400 square feet warehouse space available for photo shoots and video rentals! We have 2 spaces to shoot one in the warehouse and a separate product room. This space is perfect for simple product photo and video shoots.

Our space has 4 sound stages with a greenscreen, a giant 4K LED wall (and fly-in LED walls), perfect for car process as well as virtual backgrounds, virtual sets, and much more.

Centrally Located in Burbank, Media City, this space is perfect for your team to meet up easily, efficiently and safely . This space is fully equipped with a bathroom, AC, Roll up door, sink and fridge. The Building has brand new high CRI LED fixtures, as well as a key coded door entrance for a convenient and safe check in. The warehouse is left as an open space for you to create your own work environment which also includes 5 nice black fold out tables and 12 folding chairs for your additional needs. This space is very safe and Covid-19 compliant , providing you with 4 large 6 x 6 covid isolation screens. We also use state of the art electrostatic sprayers to fully disinfect the space prior to rental. This large space provides a perfect environment for social distancing and fresh air flow.
