We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

This is a Historic brownstone in Harlem in which the basement was created as a wellness center were we teach and film cooking classes, we have clients that come for weight help, for Reiki, soundbaths and Yoga. Midtown Luxe Venue, an opulent modern living space located in the bustling heart of Midtown Manhattan, offers a perfect retreat for any event. Our premises, situated conveniently on the Avenue of Americas, a stone's throw away from Bryant Park, and within a few blocks of Port Authority, Penn, and Path Stations, is an ideal location for those looking for luxurious surroundings in the heart of the city. Our sophisticated space features 14-ft ceilings, polished hardwood floors, floor-ceiling windows, two QLED TVs, Bose Premium Sound, custom bar, wifi, and other amenities, comfortably accommodating approximately 70 guests. For food and beverage, guests are free to bring their own refreshments and food. However, an extra charge of $175 is applied to take care of cleaning. We have a strict policy prohibiting smoking, including vaping, on the premises. Nevertheless, guests are allowed to play amplified music from our iPad or Television. Event setup and breakdown are included in the booking time, so please book enough time including setup and breakdown. (Minimum 5hrs) Our luxe venue is the perfect place for any event, including birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate events, product launches, press conferences, art galleries, film screenings, corporate holiday parties, baby showers, sweet sixteen parties, photography, videography, music video, interviews, podcasts, family gatherings, intimate weddings, wedding receptions, engagements, and much more.
