We offer our East Village store in Manhattan for filming, private parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, seminars, concerts, fund-raisers, and company holiday parties. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops. Our space is located on the ground floor on the 3rd street (between 1 ave and 2 ave) with big windows. The space is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without extra fee.

Our centrally located space in Greenwich Village, Downtown Manhattan, offers an ideal setting for offsite meetings, team-building workshops, and business gatherings. Spanning 2,000 square feet, our venue features three distinct areas designed to inspire productivity and comfort. The first area is a cozy lounge with plush couches, seating, small tables, and an office kitchen. The second area boasts exposed brick walls and a versatile open layout that can be arranged for sit-down sessions or left open. The third area, with an exposed ceiling and abundant natural light, makes a perfect conference room. Venue rentals include our stylish in-house furniture, from dinner tables and sleek white chairs to couches, lounge chairs, led lights, speaker and a bar cart. You’ll also have access to our projector and coffee station for hot drinks, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for your event.

This is a Historic brownstone in Harlem in which the basement was created as a wellness center were we teach and film cooking classes, we have clients that come for weight help, for Reiki, soundbaths and Yoga. It is a center that can be used in different ways. There is an office, a reiki room, a kitchen area that we use as a recording space, a cooking classes space , yoga and soundbath space. We have cooking appliances that can be used for the recording, lights, tripods and a lot more. Please let us know what you will be using the space for and we will be able to help you to achieve your goal.

Thank you for considering our space. We are located in Chinatown/LES area. The space is around 2,200 sqft. 9.5' high ceiling. 4 different rooms. The space is divided into two areas. One side is a large gallery space with plain white walls for projection/photoshoots etc. The other side has multiple rooms. Ideal for music video, gallery shows, private classes, gatherings We have chairs and tables. Bathroom onsite. No smoking in the building. Treat the space as you would treat your own, and please put the space back to it's original condition when you leave.

Great fit for a pop-up type & corporate events. On Fridays & Saturdays, the space is operated as a club, any desired collaboration on one of those days may be discussed. This is a french cafe inspired space with clean lines and a welcoming atmosphere. It feels familiar yet modern. This elegant venue is perfect for cocktail receptions and formal gatherings because of the multi-room setup. It can also be easily converted into a pop-up shop since the space is unbranded, and it comes equipped with a changing area/coat room/full length mirror. Our venue is also well lit with vintage vanities and the Sonos sound system is easy to use with any iPhone. For an additional fee, an event coordinator can help arrange for catering and be on hand the day of the event to coordinate everything. Services by one of our stylists can also be requested for for an additional cost, which can add a fun and unique experience to any event.

Midtown Luxe Venue, an opulent modern living space located in the bustling heart of Midtown Manhattan, offers a perfect retreat for any event. Our premises, situated conveniently on the Avenue of Americas, a stone's throw away from Bryant Park, and within a few blocks of Port Authority, Penn, and Path Stations, is an ideal location for those looking for luxurious surroundings in the heart of the city. Our sophisticated space features 14-ft ceilings, polished hardwood floors, floor-ceiling windows, two QLED TVs, Bose Premium Sound, custom bar, wifi, and other amenities, comfortably accommodating approximately 70 guests. For food and beverage, guests are free to bring their own refreshments and food. However, an extra charge of $175 is applied to take care of cleaning. We have a strict policy prohibiting smoking, including vaping, on the premises. Nevertheless, guests are allowed to play amplified music from our iPad or Television. Event setup and breakdown are included in the booking time, so please book enough time including setup and breakdown. (Minimum 5hrs) Our luxe venue is the perfect place for any event, including birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate events, product launches, press conferences, art galleries, film screenings, corporate holiday parties, baby showers, sweet sixteen parties, photography, videography, music video, interviews, podcasts, family gatherings, intimate weddings, wedding receptions, engagements, and much more.
