Firstly, our photo studio is the ideal space for small-scale photo shoots. The studio is equipped with a white and green background, perfect for capturing a range of different shots. With adjustable lighting options, you can easily create the perfect ambiance to complement your subject. The space is designed for small teams and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. In addition to our photo studio, we also offer a flexible meeting room that can accommodate up to six people. The room is equipped with a TV, whiteboard, and other amenities that will make your meeting a success. Our 7,000 square foot flexible office space is located in the historic district of Downtown Miami. It can be used as a company office for the day or for Miami based meetings and visual productions. An open space has a variety of seating options available such as classroom and theater style. The open space also includes 32 seats at stationary desks with electrical outlets. A large presentation wall with a small stage is available for projections or speakers. A sperate training room is available with seating up to 20. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby and control guests accessing the floor. ​We have a flexible food and vendor policy allows for self-catered events or you may bring in your favorite catering or vendor rental professionals. We just ask that all trash be removed from the site by the caterers. Please note we do not offer any food or beverages onsite. Please bring in anything you would like to serve your guests. The space is also centrally located to various public transit options including the Miami-Dade Metrorail and Metromover systems as well as trolley and bus routes. Please note this space is also available for long term lease so we are only booking reservations which are 30 days or less in advance.

We are a video production agency located near Wynwood. Our office space is bright, open, modern and clean. The outdoor space is large and great for parking, outdoor meals and exterior shots. Since we are a video agency, we can also offer production support (camera rentals, production rentals, 15 passenger van rental, etc.) as well as personnel support (DIT, on-site editors, crew, etc.). There is also ample parking outside of the building for larger events/productions.

For any business, the location of its office counts. Having your meetings at Starbucks was cool in the early 2000’s. But now there are office spaces where your clients can experience a creative environment. Your clients will think wonders of your company.

A reservation for this space includes use of the open space on the floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables, round tables, and theater style seating options. Chairs and small tables may be moved during the reservation. We just ask that they are returned to their original spot by the end of the reservation. The long white tables with 8 black seats each in the photos cannot be moved since they are fixed in place. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. A training room and meeting rooms on the same floor are not included in this configuration option and may be reserved by other groups. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby. The building front door is open from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Anytime outside those hours, event hosts will need to have someone available in the lobby to let their guests into the building and scan the elevator access card. Hosts may also post a sign with a phone number to call or provide a phone number to guests in advance. Hosts will then need to have someone go down to the lobby to assist their guests get inside and use the elevator. Reservations are only being considered through 2023 since the space is also available for lease.
