Welcome to our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building! Blending history with production, our building contains its original 1940 stainless steel freight elevator. We hold multiple production and film spaces all within one complex. We are your space for abandoned, haunted or vacant shoot projects. Likewise, because we can control the interior environment, coupled with its solid brick and concrete ceilings, many of the spaces lend themselves to recordings and audio interviews. Our authentic industrial distressed location has been featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. The content of your project possibility can be more than shooting in one space. Our Rooftop Garden is 2500 sq feet, featuring vintage planters, quiet park neighborhood views, and luscious greenery on a 100-year-old blistered concrete factory. This is your outdoor oasis for both day and night production. Throughout the space we have string lights and remote vintage industrial drop lights that have RGB/ bi lights which can be fully controlled via remote. Our upper vistas are accessible and perfect for viewing the main garden space from above. There are no other tenants, so even our industrial freight elevator is controlled during your production. My space consists of a large garden and the use of a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with tables chairs to accomdate ofift people.

Once you step behind the gate you are instantly transported to a rustic and peaceful oasis surrounded by fig trees, fauna and flora. Space: The cabin can be used for photos, content creation or as a personal or writer's retreat. It is completely solar powered and has outlets for charging your phone and connecting your speakers. Think of it as your very own private studio suite where you can unwind. The accompanying garden space can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably. It is equipped with a pallet bar, outdoor bathroom and kitchen area with a small sink and gas grill. There is also a 13 X 7 ft above ground pool with custom built seating surrounding it. The space is specifically designed for intimate events. Host a pop up, brunch, bridal/baby shower, dinner parties, garden wedding or any intimate affair in an idyllic country setting. Add Ons: -Use of the above ground pool is allowed with an additional $150 flat cleaning fee -Custom built height pallet tables can be rented for an additional fee *Custom standard square pallet table *Cocktail pallet table -Glassware for wine, margaritas and champagne can be rented as well -Gas for grill Neighborhood: Canarsie is mostly residential and known for a having a distinct suburban feel. My space has a gorgeous view overlooking the RFK bridge and the city. the nightlights are gorgeous and fireworks from my place is amazing.

An absolutely beautiful garden located behind our retail and wellness shop. Surrounded by greenery with 3 large wooden tables and benches (each table seats about 8), and colorful flowers really make you feel like you are in your own secret garden. Perfect for workshops, cocktail parties, bachelorette parties,product launches, kids parties, baby showers, pop up shops, you name it! We also have a beautiful cafe in our shop so you have the option to buy beverages at the cafe space You cannot bring in own alcohol (because we serve that already!) but you can bring in own food. We have a PA but music must be done by 9 p.m. Renters must clean up after themselves and leave the space in the condition they found it in.
