Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$200/hour (i.e. $240/hr (base) + $200/hr (film surcharge)) = $440/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, a heavier footprint, wear & tear, and equipment associated with these shoots. Additional costs: 1x $500 Site Rep Fee 1x $400 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days, assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. Someone from our team will be on-site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify headcount and that all rules are followed. We have an 8-hour minimum; if you book for 6 hours, you will be charged for 8 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like overtime is to schedule yourself for the full 8 hours, even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. This rare school location is a unique palette for any project. Situated in a prime downtown area, this school has space to hold crews over 100 and has all the props you need. You are welcome to move and use the props in the building. If you have any questions about the space, please don't hesitate to ask. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy equipment can't be plugged into the location's power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves if they have any heavy equipment in their equipment package. This authentic, Chelsea fitness facility is perfect for fitness-yoga-bootcamp style photoshoots, film interviews, filming productions, product demos, and small productions. This 2,000 sq. ft loft-turned-gym boasts 15ft high ceilings, exposed pipes, and windows that provide opulent natural light. We provide a smart sound and lighting system. Crews can connect to the LED lighting system and set the light to any color to match the theme of the production. The equipment and furniture in the space can be moved, just ask the host how you would like the space to be set up prior to arrival. There is a kitchen in the space available for crew/talent use and production. The loft is located on the 12th floor. Production equipment is not provided, but freight elevator access is available. We are located within a 5 minute walk from major MTA lines, ACE line, 123 line, RW line, and FM line.

Moving Strength Upper West Side is a state of the art, fully equipped Pilates studio. It contains a basement level for rent, equipped with three reformers/towers, TRX equipment, and a professional massage table. The top floor is available for rent for those clients who are unable to use stairs. If using the top floor for something other than Pilates, it must be booked when group classes are not in progress.

My space is in a brand new building with private entrance, private lobby and elevator! The building is located just 15 min away from Manhattan, right by the subway station!

This large, loft-like venue features 14' ceilings and plenty of open space. With minimal decor and neutral walls, it is a blank slate for your event, photo or video shoot. It is completely soundproof with a private entrance.

Moving Strength 2nd Ave is a state of the art, fully equipped Pilates studio. It also contains a smaller private room for rent, equipped with a professional massage table.

With multiple locations across NYC, we have open floor plans that are modular to adapt to your vision. Each location has ping pong tables available for entertainment during your event and the flexibility to move tables for additional space. We offer contact-free access.

Host your next event in our newly rennovated 2000 sq ft boutique fitness studio. Located in the heart of Union square/ Flatiron this space boasts loads of natural light and a fabulous minimalist feel. Our clean, open studio is ideal for hosting lectures, workshops, photo shoots (lots of white walls), filming and various private events. Interested in taking your event outdoors? We’ve got you! In addition to our 2nd floor studio we also have a 400 sq ft roofdeck available for your use. Whatever the event, we are here to assist you. Let’s get creative! Please Note: There are two restrooms in both our mens and womens locker room. There are also two showers in each locker room. There is no elevator or handicap access available. We are located on the 2nd floor walk-up. Floors are covered with a black rubber with the expection of the locker rooms and deck. All equipment and furniture can be moved for your event. Production equipment is not provided. We are a 5 minute walk from the 14th street Union Square station, 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W trains.

We're a Brooklyn warehouse gym, with ropes, tires, pull-up bars, atlas stones... that kind of thing. We also just so happen to have a big space in a neighborhood that doesn't have very many big spaces.
